Not waterproof as should be
Brought magnetic tool case that's have to be waterproof but isn't. All my tool after couple of days are rusty.

Good mounting system, poor bottle.
The Fidlock mounting system is secure and convenient and a great idea and has been executed well. However the bottle on the other hand is disappointing. Being a fairly easy thing to get right they have managed to screw it up dearly. It is impossible to get the bottle to seal causing it to leak whilst your riding and it feels pretty low quality making your water taste like plastic. In short excellent mounting system but the bottle needs a redesign. If fidlock offered compatibility with higher quality bottles this product would be near perfect.

non-existent customer support
I recently ordered a Fidlock TWIST toolbox and base. Within minutes of receiving it, however, we realized that it would not fit on the bike. On the Fidlock website, it states that you may return items (you have to pay for shipping it back) within 30 days, BUT you must have prior authorization to do so (otherwise it will not be accepted). I immediately wrote to them to ask for the authorization, but received no reply. Two days later, I wrote again. And again 3 days later. It has been a week and radio silence. This is unprofessional and dishonest. This is not customer service and I just wasted $60 on something I cannot use. NOT a good company. Not trustworthy!

Fiddlylock more like. Not worth it
I purchased the 800ml water bottle for a ridiculous £49. Having heard very positive things about them, I decided to go for it.I'm disappointed that the top does not seal properly and the contents of the bottle weep out and run down my frame while riding. Obviously this reduces as the contents are depleated through consumption. Nevertheless, this is extremely poor considering the cost of these things.Another niggle is that no matter how you try, the flip lid does not align in such a way that you can remove the bottle and drink without reorienting it first in your hand. You then have to do the same again to fit it back in the clip. Fiddly and just stupid! I have four bikes and will not be wasting hard earned money on these products again.I'm renaming it Fiddlylock.

pretty good- easy to clip in but bottle…
pretty good- easy to clip in but bottle and bracket are heavier than traditional bottle and cage.main complaint is bottle is far too stiff and spout too loose. really hard to actually get any water out with one hand
