Great product and great service…try and it you won’t look back
Great product and great service! I’ve been using Fiera luxury concealer for about a year…initially I thought the tube was so small that I thought it was over priced for what you get…however, a little goes a very long way and it is great for overall, weightless coverage! It lasts as long as any 30ml foundations I’ve used previously. With my last order, I was sent the all-in-wonder…an upgrade to the luxury concealer, which is also good, but doesn’t suit my skin as well as the original one. I emailed to explain and ask whether the original one was still available…and like others, had an excellent, prompt, polite and professional response from Jocelyn and a new order of the original luxury concealer is on its way to me, at no cost to me…I offered to return the 2 unopened packs, but Jocelyn said not to worry and to either use or share with a friend! Good customer service and support goes such a long way! I’m delighted with the product too, one of the best concealers/foundation I have ever used 🙌🩷

5 Stars for FIERA's Customer Service (Phone Line) and Product!!! Unfortunately, it has been over 6 months since I got my 2nd Auto-Ship Order, but I remember vividly the Customer Service was exceptional. It was at a point when FIERA Added More Shades and I changed from a Med. Beige to a Bisque. It was too Light for my Skin and I gave it to a Friend. It was Perfect on her. My Medium Beige was a bit too pink for me but incorporating some of my Foundation made it work. I love the Finish FIERA has on my more mature Skin. I will be ordering my 3rd and hopefully I get thePerfect Match of my Skin.

Some good, some meh
Some products I love, some I am “Meh.” I do like using the Bakuchiol product for my face because retinol is too harsh on my 75-year-old skin. The lip plumper is very nice but tastes VERY bad. Customer service gets a 4.5; when I wrote them about the problems with “All-in-one,” at first they tried to talk around it. But then when they came out with a new one, they offered me a freebie (with another order, however, so maybe back to a 4).

Luxury concealer - finally found a product that actually works around my eyes! Also, excellent customer service every time I have had to email for support. Other companies could learn a lot from them, they definitely put the customer first!

Deceptive practices! Relabelled old stock with short expiry dates.
I am extremely disappointed and feel deceived by Fièra Cosmetics. I ordered three concealers and received products expiring in just 2 months (April 2026). When I complained, the "Customer Happiness Team" offered a replacement.To my horror, the replacements I received today are from the exact same batch! Even worse, the company attempted to hide this by placing a new sticker (Lot: C49) over the original batch number (Lot: C47). It is the same short-dated stock, just masked with a label.Sending products that expire in 8 weeks as "new" and then trying to trick a loyal customer with stickers is an unacceptable and dishonest business practice. I am a returning customer, but after this experience, I will never buy from them again.I strongly advise against ordering from this company unless you want old, relabelled stock.

I ordered the lip plumper from Fiera, and sadly, was disappointed with the product. When I emailed the company to inform them of this, they replied IMMEDIATELY with a very positive vibe, suggesting I try a couple of things to see if that would help. After doing that, and still not happy, they refunded me immediately, with NO hassle at all. It’s been a VERY long time since I have received that kind of fantastic customer service. Well done, Fiera!
