The Yatule resort and staff was fantastic but the agent lacked communication. The resort didn’t have all of our information and we were left in the dark as far as a timeline and having all the information we needed for a successful trip
Loved working with Melissa and her team on our dream vacation. They were so responsive, helpful and knowledgable to help plan our trip and can't wait to use them again!

Overall a great vacation. The only hiccups were transfer delays from Fiji airport to boat. It was 2 hours of waiting. Also the rooms were not ready when we arrived. The second destination again room delay. The family room for four was not set up properly. Each delay was handled by the resorts well once they were made aware of the situation. As I said we had a great time and valued the overall experience.
Our experience at the resort was exceptional. I thought the service we received before we left leaved something to be desired.
Highly recommend Fiji Vacations and Fiji. The itinerary was well planned to make it look like a very simple, relaxing trip. We had a great time!
Melissa was beyond amazing! She was helpful when I needed it and any question I had she would answer it before me asking. Her knowledge of Fiji and the airlines is unmatched. I began my own research but through friends they recommended her because I was getting stressed and frustrated. ALL of it was alleviated once I contacted her. The entire trip was planned perfectly with the coordinated transfers and check-ins. Melissa understood the needs of our extended family group and our expectations were exceeded. Highly recommend the st Regis bora bora for families that love the water. We were with my 3 sons ages 10-13 and they loved riding the bikes h the rough the property and could be so independent. They were never bored and enjoyed all the water activities and jumping off the deck into the ocean, swimming with Moana in the lagoon, and the delicious breakfast buffet. We can’t wait to return to paradise!
Fiji and the Tides Resort were amazing and we would totally go back. However, there was a date discrepancy we noticed on our paperwork as we were checking out of one hotel and heading to next hotel. We noticed the date was wrong. We immediately had anxiety that we were going show up and have no where to stay. I emailed our travel agent Melissa and told her the date was wrong and asked her to confirm. When we arrived at the hotel, thankfully, we were there on the right day despite the paperwork saying something different. So, I emailed Melissa back and said we are here, checked in and everything was fine. I never received an email back from her. I thought it was strange she never replied to our email. The resort gets 5 stars!
My family and I really wanted to go to Fiji but when I started doing my research I quickly realized that I needed help! Melissa could not have been more patient and knowledgeable. Our trip was perfectly planned and we loved where we stayed, Musket Cove Resort. The people in Fiji are some of the kindest people we have ever met. We can't wait to go again and we will definitely need Fiji Vacations help again!
We were in Fiji 21 years ago and were hoping we could make it back. So glad we did as it was a great experience that provided a lifetime of memories! One thing was said that sums up the planning and support and that everything thing on the trip went as smoothly as a person could ever hope. Multiple flights and transfers, one would think there could be a hiccup! Not on this trip. Each and everything process was perfect! The resorts were awesome!

The rape of cabin crew and robbery must stop in fiji NOW. People should not go there it is a danger to visitors the way the government and police don't care and are corrupt. SHOW THE FIJI POLICE BRING THEM IN NOW OR SEE NO MORE VISITORS TAKING RISKS THERE
