Service call was on time by very courteous and knowledgeable employee who serviced our unit making sure it was operating perfectly. He left everything spotless explaining what he did to our satisfaction. We would always recommend your company to all our friends.
They came when scheduled and handled our problem. Friendly and cleaned up after their work was done.

Jason listened to me and gave me options in design and pricing for what would work on my prefab fireplace. He clearly is an expert in his field. The installers were Ricky and Alex, both men were great. They were efficient and did a beautiful job with my see through fireplace, so 2 sides. This included updating the log, gas line, surrounds and doors. I highly recommend this company, I am very pleased with the work that was completed.
The representative that came to my house was an expert with fireplaces. He understood what was causing my damper issue, and fixed it quickly. Very impressive.
We moved on our project at what turned out to be the busiest time of year for this business. While we were waiting our turn for an appointment, Tom gave us ideas and tools we could use on our own to begin troubleshooting our problem. When our in home appointment time arrived, we were ready to discuss options with our technician and move the project forward. Armed with our preferences, we arrived back at the store, where Tom walked us through log sets that could be used to address our problem and gave his recommendation. We purchased a set and had them installed the next week. Ups and extras were offered to enhance the beauty of our new log set. We're so happy we decided to go ahead with some "extras". They really add to the beauty of the fireplace. Jake and Josh were prompt, very friendly and knowledgable and respectful of property. We decided to complete the project with a new fireplace door. We were given a brochure outlining all our options and custom-designed a stunning door. Jake and Josh returned less than a month later to install it. We're thrilled with the outcome. The upgraded fireplace has added much value to our home.
The fireplace displays at your store in Lisle was critical in our decision to select Fireplace and Chimney. The customer service and experience from Kevin made the process relaxed with no pushy salesperson tactics.

I bought a new furnace and didn’t think about my Majestic Fireplace and it’s pilot light being affected. I couldn’t figure out how to light despite you tube videos. Many companies are no longer familiar with Majestic. The FCA service representative had it working promptly. Yay
We had to have our gas logs cleaned and repositioned. The tech did a great job to get the gas flowing evenly. He was punctual and conscientious. We were very happy with the results.

I specifically wanted a Mendota fireplace insert. Not too many places to purchase from in NWI. I ended up at the Fireplace Authority location in Elmhurst, IL. Jason was super helpful (and patient!) during the entire process. I went back to them to also purchase the hearth, mantle and stone for my 16 ft tall wall. Everything came out beautifully and I couldn’t be more pleased!! I would highly recommend this team!!
