USPS needs to better regulate its supply chain!
After some Google research, it led me to Fitness Parts Warehouse. The part price was reasonable compared to others, and the added plus: Fitness is located next county over from where I reside. (Go green!) Being that close, I chose a distributor closer to me with the hope of saving time and energy so I could install the part sooner. Nope. Fitness 'tracking' (a plus) indicated the straw sized part was flown down by airplane from Pennsylvania to Washington DC (some 70 miles away)! And then transported back to me via warehouses in between over the next couple of days! Not the fault of Fitness; it's the supply chain. What a waste. I would have been better off just driving the 20 miles to get the part myself! But all is good and I'm grateful the part didn't need a passport. ;-)

Needed end caps for the legs of my proform bike and this was the only place I could get parts for my. Bike. Amazon didn't have them at all. It took awhile for me to get an email on when they were shipped. I agree better communication could be made regarding how long it will take to receive such product(s). Overall, I'm happy with this company.

Did the job but with bad communication
Easy to order parts and received correct items. Items were back ordered and took a long time to receive. Communication was terrible (not notified of statuses, shipping info, partial shipments, etc.) Had to keep following up versus receiving proactive messaging. All-in-all got the job done, just took awhile and felt like I was being left in the dark.

I have an older bench but well built. I was able to find the part and order easy. It did take a little longer to receive then I expected, however when I call and left a message the returned my call the same day. Well worth the weight for the correct part (OEM).Thanks for your help, and I will use you again when needed.

Placed order during the holiday and was surprised with the quick response the next day. Received several updates on order status and the parts were shipped out the very next business day after order acknowledgment. All parts ordered arrived and successfully installed. I really appreciate having parts in stock for a machine over 10 years old and fast service.

20 days to ship after the order placed
20 days to ship after the internet order. Then I get this survey before the parts are even shipped. Then I get an e-mail saying the partial order will be here in another 4 days. Clearly unimpressed with the communications and the speed of processing the order.UPDATE They were very quick to apologize for the delays in the order and makes me hope my situation was just a 'one-off' happening. Thanks to the team for responding.

We have a old Nordictrack 1300 and somewhat worried Fitness Parts Warehouse wouldn't have the part, but glad they proved me wrong. Fairly fast shipping as well.
