Lovley food just tried the chicken puri , prawn puri and chicken tikka starters very tasty, same as the chicken tikka bhuna and mushroom pilu rice with garlic nann from the privious week well presented food and happy to have feedback from for there services
We visited the Corn Exchange in Brierely hill at lunchtime this Sunday and was so disappointed. The lady in charge is so brash that we nearly left. It’s not what you say it’s how you say it. I suppose this person hasn’t got a clue about manners. I was wondering if it was just the attitude to new comers or to all. I didn’t ask. Never again. 😡😡
Excellent choice and value for money. The quality of both meals, weren't reflected in the value for money Offer. Very good and will return. The ability to order by the App was extremely useful.
Popped in today..to celebrate my Aunt's 86th birthday.. mentioned this to boss lady? Thinking might get a bun or scoop of ice cream..even happy birthday greeting.for free..Nothing at all..Shame cos spent decent amount of money in here.
Came today with my husband and my parents was greeted well by a young lady called Charlie very polite. Food was amazing and hot as always and deanne was especially helpful checking on us and clearing our food away after. Never had a bad meal there
I am really disappointed with that shop .we are neighbour and also we are very old customer but every time we ignore the mistakes of their order. This time we order and first time we complain because their order was completely wrong and when I called them and complain instead they accept his mistake he started arguing and trying to prove that it was our mistake also their chicken doner wasn't proper chichen doner it wasn't made in griller
Ordered the lasagna. It was basically a soup no pasta sheets in at all . When I told the staff they nonchalantly said sorry about that they are bought in ! Rubbish
Very disappointed, we attended Seven Stars, Eccleston on Christmas eve as a group of 5, we found a vacant table and spent the afternoon there drinking and spending as you do however before we had the chance to buy dinner we were told we would have to leave by 1745 as they had taken our table and booked it out whilst we were sitting there!It transpired that when the party of 3 came in they knew one of the staff.Disgraceful customer service and shoddy treatment, we have used this place for years but I doubt we will be back any time soon.Cracking business model you have there....
booked tables for 13 adults and 3 children for an 80th party, the manager and serving staff were fantastic, they arrange a good table layout, store a cake for us and aloud us to dress the table as we wished. Oders were taken at the table for drinks and meals rather than the usual procedure of ordering at the bar. all the food came out together and tasted great.would like so say thank you to the teamregards Keith and Louise receipt no. 47/9467
Visited flaming grill white horse Sutton Coldfield, excellent warm welcome, lovely staff, food was amazing, hot and tasty, lovely welcoming environment, served quickly, definitely will be back again!! Puddings look amazing! Didn't have room this time! 😁🤭 Xx

We call here every two weeks and the food has always been very nice, normally we have the chicken mix challenge between us with a side. Always cooked nicely and hot. We like that they are very thorough with cleaning and you can also order contactless through their app. If I had one criticism the wine list needs a refresh, otherwise see you very soon
Ordered a "gourmet" burger from a flaming grill pub on wheelwright Lane Coventry, nothing gourmet about it. Burger was very dry and had gristle in it. Was inedible. Told a chap behind the bar and he just said sorry about that, nothing else. My hubby's veggie burger was disgusting as well he said. Definitely won't be going there and telling everyone I know not to go there as well as total waste of time and money. Two very unhappy customers
Horrific meal. Gosport branch Waited 90 mins and received a cold meal that had been thrown on a plate after we complained. Was told that it was exceptionally busy but pointed out that others who had ordered after us had been served. Our meal was missing elements. Sent it back and requested a new meal. It came back but the steak was raw. The cocked hat at gosport has gone down hill and we will never return. Avoid it like the plague !
We used to love the flaming grill The Mulberry Worthing. Not that I'm saying we were regulars but as a treat that is where we go. But I received a tempting email and so we thought why not go back and have a meal there again. What a mistake. The menu's are tacky and not been wiped down although there is a good choice. The food is not as tasty, as it used to be. It certainly is not as clean as it used to be. Anyone disabled do NOT use the toilet as it is not fixed to the wall properly!!
