After searching for the right sofa for weeks, I came across 2pinkflamingoes and at last found the right one.Adam made the whole process so easy and arranged a speedy delivery for me. The sofa arrived completely wrapped and in perfect condition.I absolutely love my new sofa, it’s gorgeous and so comfortable , I’ll definitely buy from Adam again. My next purchase from Adam will be a bed, armchair and footstool.
Adam what can I say excellent ,proffecinal, and very high end goods for a wonderful affordable price .and speedy delivery . Love my new sofas .not only delived very quickly but excellant qaulity. Pinkflamingo retford if from now on on going to be my first port of call for furniture and accessories. Adam is a credit to a small buisness and his customers come first .Adam now looking for a chair for me ,nothing is too much trouble .excellent service ,qauty with a wonder smile . I have purchased majority of my furniture at flamingo and it usually went well in the past, recently I was very disappointed .the sales person said i would receive my items in 2 weeks or less , and that they will contact me,i didnt hear anything after 2 weeks and had to call to follow up , the person on the line said its taking longer then usually that I would have to wait another week,which would be fine if they would inform me in the first place, i decided to purchase a mattress while on the phone.as i spoke to the the sales person he gave me a price of 325 and i said okay 325 is okay to charge my card.i went to check my bank statement and saw he charged 325 and extra 125 ,so i called back the sales person and ask why he did that, he said thats the price , i told him and repeated myself 3 times 325 right just to make sure i got the price right, he then said he wasnt talking to me when he said that price, then i said but you charge my card 325. and then extra 125.thats 450 a totally different price then what said .he was totally rude and had a major attitude problem, all he had to say is that he made a mistake and ask to charge my card correctly thats all instead he was extremely nasty. Being a floor sales manager and this is how he behave ,someone needs new training

One of the closets came with a scratch...Ordered two closets with hangers and got one with hangers and the other with shelves ....The knobs and handle weren't the ones we had picked out ....Delivery was supposed to be for a friday and then they had changed to saturday without notice. If i hadn't called i wouldn't have known.The delivery guys were very professional and nice!
Delivery was uneventful which was a good thing. We really like the product. Some of the chairs were wobbly. We immediately called Flamingo. A few days later, some men came and fixed them. We were pleased with the quick repair.
Great service but they should Take the old mattress back. Other companies do it. Mattress still on my house since delivery of the new mattress.
We have purchased two items from Flamingo Furniture over the course of a year; a sofa and a mattress. Both times, we checked at larger chain stores such as Ikea and Mattress Firm before shopping at Flamingo Furniture. We found that the quality of the products offered at Flamingo is much better and for a significantly lower price. The salespeople were very helpful and didn't try to pressure us into buying something we didn't want. After six months, we are really happy with the sofa we bought and our mattress gets delivered next week!
They were always very friendly to me and very patient with me. Told me the pros and cons with each item and compared it with other ones and we find out what was suitable for me. I’ve had the same salesperson for over 3 years and her remembers me as much as I remember him I recommend this place to anybody that wants to buy furniture. :)
