Shipping nightmare
They are very good at giving you an attractive price upfront just to lure you in. Once they arrive to pick up your items, the price suddenly doubles with excuses like “we thought it was like IKEA furniture” — as if IKEA furniture is some kind of universal standard.At delivery, they simply dropped everything off without assembling anything, which was not what was originally discussed. When I tried calling their office to resolve the issue, no one answered. It felt like they were conveniently enjoying their day off while I was left dealing with the consequences of their poor service.Overall, this experience felt misleading, unprofessional, and unfair. I would strongly recommend getting everything in writing and being very cautious before trusting their quoted price or service promises.

Good Service, High Quality Company
Service was High Quality on all ends, particularly how I was treated. Estimate was explained clearly and any misunderstanding I had in my mind I just asked and got it explained right away. My car was picked up on the day I needed it to be in the time window they had promised me. I dealt with the dispatcher at first and then later on the truck driver directly. Both employees were helpful and friendly. This is the second car shipment I've ever done in my life and it was a much easier process than my previous experience. I'd use them again and I would recommend them.

Awesome Job
A stressful situation was turned around and made right with their help. We already had movers in place but when we saw they had severely under quoted us and sent us a bill different we then decided to cancel our move and had to start all over finding the right company. Here's where flat price came in. They took on our last minute booking and managed get everything back on track. Their pricing was much better than the first moving group we set up and they never switched any agreements we had around. No surprises... well the service was surprising because they were fast and very organized. Great team, great customers and great move.

Good Communication with the Driver
We purchased a car out of state and wanted to have it delivered. It wasn't offered by the small dealership that we bought it through so we had Flat Price take care of that part. The car which was two states away was delivered within in 48hrs in perfect shape after we booked the service. There were consistent updates from the driver and communication helped ease our nerves. Overall it was affordable and organized. We'd use it again if needed.

Flat Price was very customer friendly. Both getting a quote and setting up shipping was easy. The estimates turned out accurate. I will admit when I was searching around I did see a few lower priced options but I preferred not to chance it. I used Flat Price to move to Miami. Not too many movers have a good track record for both vehicle shipping and moving. I wasn't interested in using two different companies to get the job done so this worked out perfect. The service was excellent. I was notified 2 days prior to the move when my car would be picked up and 1 day prior to when it would be dropped off. Car arrived without any scratches and at no point during the whole experience did I have any issues.

This company was recommended by a buddy of mine who shipped his car to Austin,TX and had a good experience. Going into this I had no prior experience with car shipping at all. I just wanted to avoid wear and tear to my vehicle. The whole thing was easy going. The crew made it simple for me. After some research online and a phone call, everything was set up with Flat Price. We made sure the drivers were certified and the company had no problem giving us any info we requested. The pricing and whole operation were set up to be as easy as possible for us and it really was. They gave us a 3 hour time frame a day in advance before the car would arrive. It came within the first hour. They inspected the car right in front of us proving everything was the same as it was when it got picked up.
