Flaxlinen.com Rip Off
I placed an order on Jan 25, 2021, for $157.85 with this company. I tried to contact the company about changing the delivery address. No response. Too bad that I didn't research BBB and sitejabber before ordering, but the flaxlinen site looks legitimate. I quickly found out that many customers like me have not received their products or requested refunds. I have requested a refund myself....no response after numerous attempts by phone, email, and message. Unfortunately, I now have to file a fraud report with my credit card company which takes time and is a real pain. These fraudulent internet sites need to be shut down.
