Such a brainless response from Flightnw.co: they claim I did not provide a booking reference in my review here. I cannot provide a booking reference because the booking was not possible to be accomplished due to their complicated and cumbersome booking process, at the end of which the offer was no longer available.

SCAM SCAM AND ALL AROUND SCAM (WITH PROOF)!So I contacted them as I needed to change my flight. On the website it is showing $412.34 to change it but you cannot book it online, you must talk to support. It said:You can find below the total cost of rebooking your ticket on the selected dates, including airline and our service fees, valid only if you contact us now. Please note that the cost of flights may change according to their availability. The seats for your preferred date may be limited, and the price may also fluctuate if you decide to contact us at a later time. 1 adultTotal cost: US$412.32So I chat with support (GRACE) and the agent tells me it is $556.xx because they also charge the difference for the agency fee. So I protested, did not yield any results, then disconnected the chat.Then I talked to HUY/HUANG and he quoted me the same $556.xx rate. When I sent him a copy+paste that it is $412.34 he said:Thank you for your information. I am sorry but the price has been changed by the airline, this is the lowest price I have found to change your flight.HAHAHA.... COMPLETE SCAM! At least stick with one reasoning .... This is PROOF for your scam you are running. DO NOT PURCHASE A FLIGHT FROM THEM! I never will again!

Won’t refund £5200
Booked a flight through these guys, canceled it without 30 mins, said I had to get a refund from wizz air, wizz air said they can only refund the account that paid for the flight and had already given flight network the refund, flight network is saying I got to get a refund in the form of credit from flight network, rang over 10 times and they keep saying somone will call back it’s been escalated, 6 months down the line I’m at £5200 loss, and when I called their office in Toronto as it’s the only number available that cost £130 for 35 mins. Do not book with these guys

Dreadful company
Dreadful company. Do NOT book your flights through them. Flight cancelled by the airline 4 weeks ago and not even a sniff of a refund. In fact, I have had to chase and chase to get an answer if I will even receive it. Do not use them!!

Stay away from Flight Network like a fire. When you need them for a small repair, forget about help. I had a typo on my flight ticket, I contacted them a week before the flight, how complicated can it be? Bottom line, they ruined my vacation, they just passed me around with disdain between opaque representatives who read me messages from the computer, sent me more and more links for additional payment, promised and swore to me that it would be taken care of and that I had nothing to worry about and... they didn't take care of it. Of course after I paid more money. I was on the phone with them for a whole week, stressed, nervous and anxious. They lied to my face, they didn't solve my problem, they just promised that everything would be fine and simply tried to take advantage of my situation and extort more and more money

They do not refund money for a cancelled flight
My flight was cancelled by the airline, and all matters regarding the refund should be handled by the agent through whom the ticket was purchased — that is, FlightNetwork. From the very beginning, communication with them has been disastrous: either a bot replies or I receive an automatic response. It’s been nearly a month since the flight was cancelled, and FlightNetwork claims they still haven’t received confirmation from the airline about the cancellation. They also say I should stop bothering them and resolve it with the airline myself.Can’t you just pick up the phone and find out such a fundamental piece of information? Even a child in kindergarten wouldn’t come up with such a lame excuse. If you're incapable of handling such basic problems, why are you even in this business?I’ll wait one more week. After that, I’ll hand your debt over to a debt collection agency. I will also contact flight search engines and aggregators to warn them about your company’s unreliability — since it's obvious that all you can do is sell tickets, while customer service is nonexistent. Worst company in the business.They shortened my name and couldn't fix anymore. I got in touch with the poorest Custumer service I ever seen almost 10 times...I couldn't check in!

Please do not book with Flight…
Please do not book with Flight Network!! I actually booked with them by mistake, I thought I was booking directly with the airline. I wanted to add a passenger to my booking, was holding for almost an hour and was then told to contact the airline?? They are a joke

Airlines should revoke their availability from this vendor / specifically point customer away form this vendor. They have the worst customer service imaginable. Runarounds and unsuccessful resolution

Another bunch of scammers
Another bunch of scammers. I don’t know why I decided to buy through them instead of directly from the airline - this was the first time in my life I used third-party intermediaries to buy a ticket and got screwed for the full amount. My flight was canceled due to the situation in the Middle East. Ideally, these intermediaries should have requested the refund from the airline themselves, but when I contacted them, they said I had to go to the airline myself and request a refund for them, and only then would they return my money. But it’s not that simple - due to this situation, the airline’s lines and requests are overloaded, so they’re silently processing refunds without any confirmation, the money just gets returned to the card. These scammers told me that if there’s no official confirmation from the airline (which I can’t get), they won’t refund anything. So in the end, there are no flights, I can’t check the refund status from the airline, and they won’t do anything on their end. Even though they could look at their own transactions and verify everything very quickly. Another bunch of scammers - when will this chaos finally end? On what basis are they withholding my money?

Guys be aware of this company my mistake I didn’t read the reviews before then I get scammed from this company. They charge me 38,000 for business class six months before my trip then one months before my trip they cancelled when I called they keep pushing me and always they are busy they don’t call me back. I tried to call the airline directly which is they say I should be follow back Flightnetwork to get new ticket or the money which is like very very very bad service from this company, we’re still waiting. specially the guy his name is Mark. He is idiot many time he tried to hang up on me and he said he have a bad connection.

Do not use this company
Do not use this company, I’m convinced it’s a scam. I thought I was booking direct with west jet, only found out it was flight network when I received confirmation email asking me to log in and provide passport details, tried to do this and my order number was not recognised, tried to call, just automated, no option to speak to anyone, pretty sure I’m not booked on flight.

I expect if there are no problems with flight but y flight was cancelled by the airline and getting a refund from Flight Network has been impossible. The contact numbers don't work and the chat service agents are useless. I suggest you steer well clear of using this company.

They are not worthy of 1 star but like…
They are not worthy of 1 star but like everyone else I wanted others to know how appalling awful FN are. Endless emails, expensive phone calls, false promises of calls back from the “expert team”that don’t happen. The only experts in this company are well trained in getting money out of people in return for nothing. It’s a disgrace that they are still operating.

This is a complete and utter scam service. Bogus fees made up on a whim depending on the day, and truly, truly awful customer service that is completely unwilling to help any time you encounter a problem. The hidden scam fees are NOT worth the money saved to not book with the airline -- BOOK WITH THE AIRLINE DIRECT. Or use another Third Party that is not Flight Network because this is a really big, deceitful scam.

Your flight might not be real, and their customer service is somehow worse
They seem to just ignore complaints, compensation claims, and similar. They will respond to reviews saying you never provided them with the booking information using Trustpilot's "Request information" feature, but they never actually reach out to you in the first place. All this company seems to do is ignore complaints and book imaginary flights. Still waiting for them to compensate me $600 for the flight they told me to book after they booked me on a flight that did not exist.

The are terrible
The are terrible, they just want to charge you money and their staff are not trained at all. Horrible website and horrible customer service. They try to charge you fees as much as they can, do not get fooled by the tickets prices, go to another website even if you paid a little bit more.
