Ruined holiday
Maintenance on the home and the pool were very poor. About 8 out of our 14 day stay in the home, we could not use the pool. The pool was dirty and the pool deck was full of weeds and dirt as well as mold. There were loose tiles around the pool that would fall off. There were dirty facecloths on the loungers on the pool deck. The washer was still full of ratty cloths. Remotes for tvs and games were missing batteries. Games in the game room were missing wires. Even the foosball table was missing the ball. The customer service team was extremely unhelpful and would argue any phone calls. They would talk over and around you and would not let you talk to management. Would never respond to emails. Very very very poor experience. Multiple phone calls and emails sent and not once did they apologize or try to rectify issues. We have vacationed in this Kissimmee/Davenport area multiple times with another company and never had this poor of experience.
