Flowers were not delivered on the date requested. We received an email with time and date arrangement was delivered, but it was blatant lie. Flowers arrived the following day and arrangement was no where near the photo of product I ordered. I will never use this company again.

Represented themselves as local and then failed to deliver birthday flowers that were ordered and confirmed. No apologies or offer of corrective action form them. Managed to get a refund and an unhappy birthday celebrant along with us.

We ordered flowers from them, we also ordered a greeting card for 4.99. The person who received the flowers also received a card the stated "sorry for your loss". The person did not pass a way and what was paid for a Greeting card, how a condolence card was sent is beyond us.

Sadly, this was not a good experience. The bouquet didn't match the picture and the flowers were much smaller than what I ordered. When you spend a decent amount on flowers for a special occasion, you expect them to be delivered in a timely fashion. When I tried to cancel the order the customer service representative would not let me cancel. They were delivered way past the time I was promised; they didn't look that fresh, they didn't come in a box or with a card. I wouldn't recommend this florist based on my experience.

SCAM. Total scam. Not real. DO NOT BUY. I had the exact same experience as all of the other reviews. They appear or act like they are local, they are not. They take your money and then potentially offer some sort of refund eventually. I'm reporting to the state and local government for investigation of fraud. Look at all the other reviews and the better business bureau. Absolute scam

I ordered flowers via the web on Thursday. Friday I received an email that the order had been cancelled due to the flowers not being in stock. So, I decided to call directly to place the order. I was a little suspicious as I was placing the order so I asked if the person was located at Park Circle. She said she was and continued to take my order. Once again, the next day I received an email saying that the order had been cancelled due to supply issues. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS "STORE".

TERRIBLE BUSINESS
DO NOT, under any circumstances, order from this business (Flowers by Nora). They claim to be a local business, but that is not true. This is a web-based business that will just order from an online company and pass on extra charges to you. Worse yet, they took my order for funeral flowers (3 large arrangements totaling over $700) and cancelled just a few hours before the visitation. Did they call or text to let me know they couldn't fulfill my order? Nope - they sent a form email telling me they were canceling my order "due to unforeseen circumstances." I still haven't seen my refund come through either. Thankfully, I found an actual local business (Nate's in Casper, WY) who couldn't have been more helpful and kind and they were able to scramble and get the flowers to the funeral home in time.

Not even 1 star. I'm sure my friend who received the flowers felt as let down as I did. The flowers were completely different to what I ordered and extremely poor. Appalling.

Out of business? Or sadly I think this business needs to close. Flowers never delivered and no communication so I followed up...response was sad and unhelpful. Running a small business is not easy, so I feel for them!

I received an email the day that delivery was to be made to a relative in hospital that the florist failed to deliver the floral arrangement. No explanation. This business should be shut down.

I ordered flowers for my fathers funeral to arrive and there be NO flowers there for us or him at all.... Not only did I pay for the flowers and get to my fathers funeral and find none, but these people didn't even have enough integrity to give me a manager to speak to just a simple supply issues answer with no compassion for their lack of decency. They didn't even bother to call and let me know there would be no flowers.

Terrible service. Flowers not delivered as promised. When date for delivery passed, I called five times to cancel order. Always talked to different person. They always said they had to talk to their driver. Such a scam and a waste of time. I have to get my credit card company to dispute a cost of 161.00 for flowers not delivered. Terrible business.

They canceled my order
I ordered a bouquet of flowers to be sent to my mother in law. I got a confirmation email and then an hour later received an email stating my order had been canceled due to supply issues. Instead of calling me to explain or offering me something else they just completely canceled my order and they had my phone number.

Communication regarding delivery was not specific about delivery time or if the flowers were given to someone directly. My aunt sent a photo - not what I ordered and extremely droopy. They said they could deliver the day I ordered, they didn't, they said they could deliver the next day, they sent a message that they could not deliver and would credit my account . . . .in 3-5 days!!!!!!!!!!! Beware, I am going to notify my credit card immediately of the scam.

Absolutely terrible. If they had a no star option I would give them that. I will be disputing the charge to my card to get my money completely returned. Looks like a 2 year old put the bouquet together.

Zero stars. I have never experienced such a heartless lack of professionalism. I spent 20 minutes on the phone Friday afternoon placing a sympathy order for a funeral I could not attend. This morning, the day of the service, I discovered an email—sent to my work address on a Saturday—stating they canceled the order due to "supply issues."They had my phone number. Instead of calling to offer a substitution so I could still honor my loved one, they sent a quiet email knowing I wouldn’t see it until it was too late. This feels like a cowardly attempt to avoid accountability for their inventory mistake. When I called for a resolution, I was told to "call another shop."To treat a grieving customer with such cold indifference is disgusting. Do not trust them with your important moments; they lack the basic ethics required for this industry.
