No refund after the orders crashed!

I made an order on app as usually, 9th Feb, but smth went wrong and they cancelled an order after transaction. I hoped they refund my money imidiately, but... Today is 26th Feb and I still haven't received my money back.Customer service sent me to the bank, in the bank they said it wasn't their problem...

Custommer support… no, haven’t heard of that

I placed an order with Bolt Food in Vilnius at 11:09 PM. The app showed that the food would arrive quickly. I had an early flight the next morning and couldn’t fall asleep on an empty stomach in our Airbnb.At 11:20 PM, the app showed that the food was ready and a courier had been assigned. However, he was driving on the other side of the city, which seemed strange. Then suddenly, the order was reassigned. A new courier appeared. I followed his route in the app, and it looked like he was getting closer. Then, just like that, he disappeared too.This happened five or six times with different couriers. One of them even had a car, but he also vanished. I contacted customer support and asked what I was supposed to do. By then it was 12:10 AM and I needed to go to bed. But what if I went to sleep and the courier finally showed up? Customer support kept telling me everything would be fine and that I just needed to be patient.I tracked the last courier and tried to call him to ask whether he was actually going to deliver the order. He didn’t answer the phone. I could see in the app that he was driving in the opposite direction. I sent him a message, and he replied that he was coming. He finally arrived at 12:40 AM.I had to leave home at 6 AM. I was furious and completely exhausted. I honestly cannot understand how customer service like this still exists in 2026. The food was cold, and the stress from the whole situation kept me from sleeping at all.I will never use Bolt Food again.

Support is non existant

Support is non existant, even when you talk to “real” person, that person does not give a sh** about you, your order or anything at all. No resolved issues.

Ordered food

Ordered food: estimated delivery 60-70min, it’s been 2 hours and support closed the ticket without any help after chatting with AI bot, even when no delivery driver available, we opened the ticket again but no response for half and hour in 4AM in the morning when we wanted to sleep already, trash company with worse support than any other company available. Don’t use it and try to order with other company, you won’t get any help here if you have problems with your order, no one will answer and no one willing to help.

Worst delivery experience of my life!

Worst delivery experience of my life!! Estimated time was 25-40 mins, order arrived in 2.5 hrs!!!!!!!!!!!! I asked to cancel but support responses were really slow. I ended up receiving my order. How hard it is to show proper estimated time based on driver availability?!!!! Seriously, so bad.

Terrible

Estimated delivery time was 40 minutes, but after 2.5 hours my order wasn't delivered. They were unable to find a courrier in such period of time. Customer support is also comical. All they do is blame the customer:) Thankfuly, they did refund my order. Stay away from bolt food, terrible platform.

Bolt Food no accountability

Bolt Food appears to encourage—or at least tolerate—couriers handling multiple orders simultaneously, which leads to frequent and excessive delivery delays. As a result, food arrives cold far too often.Their “solution” is a 30% discount capped at €1.50 for delays of up to 30 minutes. In practice, this means paying €18 for a pizza from a restaurant just 900 meters away, waiting over an hour for delivery, and receiving it completely cold— in my case, nearly frozen and inedible.For this experience, the only response offered is an apology and a €1.50 refund.

I ordered food, didn’t get it, and after I contact the support they told me wait let me review and then close the chat and asking me to rate the chat list 36.77 euro? Hah don’t ordered from them if you don’t want to get robbed

Don't join – they won't let you leave

Tried to delete my Bolt Food account because I'm done with everything Bolt related after what happened with my ride yesterday. Customer service chat popped up with a message: "Our team is reviewing your case 🧑‍💻 An agent will message you here ASAP. You can safely close this chat and access it again from support." It has been 24 hours now. What is there to review? I want to delete my account – can't even do that.

Worst service

After waiting more than 1 hour for my order and the courier was not moving I contacted the support from Bolt, the representative told me he will call the courier and come back with any news. He never came back, never answered again, no news, nothing. i got to a point where I just spammed to see if I get any reply. Very unprofessional services and support, worst experience ever... Ended up going to a store nearby, purchasing stuff and going back home and also eating and the courier did not show up. DELETE THE APP before you encounter the same inconvenience as me. I will make sure to file a chargeback claim on them and share my experience whenever I can

Nonexistant support

I would give them zero stars if I could. The support is absolutely abysmal. It took 13 hours to receive a response from an actual person, and the response amounted to little more than “too bad.” It’s incredible that a company like this can remain in business in the 21st century. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time as this appears to be their standard level of service.

We Don't Care About You

"Bolt’s customer service is non-existent. They refuse to take accountability for their mistakes and stopped responding to my direct questions. It is clear they do not care about customer retention or solving actual problems. If you are looking for a service that respects its users, look elsewhere. Zero support."

This company is a joke and does not…

This company is a joke and does not care about it's client. We ordered in Prague from a pizza hut location. The restaurant accepted the order and said delivery would be 30-40 minutes. Fine. This time lapsed and it came up that the courier had left with the order. The tracker did not move for about 5 minutes so I text the driver saying the tracker is not moving so please call when near and I'll head out to the street to meet him. The driver clearly text that he had the order and would call and he's aware of tech issues for tracking.From collecting the food it was meant to be delivered in 15 mins so 30 min later I tried contacting the driver, no response, so I reached out to bolt customer service and got a bot!!!! After trying various complaints i finally got through to an agent who said they would look into things for us (at this stage 1hr45 mins past ordering time and not 11.30pm with food for an 11&14 year old included).She came back with no apology, just that the courier was unable to collect the food as the restaurant had closed for the evening and as such they world revert payment, but this could take 14 days to go back into the account. No apologies no explanation, no compensation. I said so what's going to happen to the driver who lied and and restaurant who accepted an order knowing they were not going to deliver. They accepted an order to take money and know they were not going to deliver. I was told it was an infuriating event but noone had done anything wrong so that's an end to it, and their best solution was for us to spend more money on their app......I said that I'd no one has done anything wrong how can they say that. I have in black and white the courier stating he has the order and is on the was, the restaurant accepted the order even though they were supposedly closing very soon, why? Customer service simply DID NOT CARE. We did not order again but instead ordered a different way. I now have to see if the rebate hits my bank and now the order is cancelled you cannot contact them in regards the claim any longer. Scammers at every level in this company.

RUN and NEVER ORDER OR COOPERATE

If I could give 0 or even - I would, utter trash and disappointment waited 2hours 30mins and my food is still not here support is nowhere to be found, and my money still missing and my food still missing, RUN at all costs!!!! Either fix or close this company total trash.If you are a restaurant owner who cares about his brand, never cooperate with them

order took over an hour to deliver instead of 15mins as promised, food was freezing cold and unedible and support didn't do anything about even and ignored my messages

Order some ferrero of 50€ value and received an order in 12€ value and support is automatic and doesn’t fix anything, such a scam and useless app!
