The experience was interesting and…
The experience was interesting and totally got me hooked for over $1600. I kept trying to Walk away, but Hila Kept trying to suck me back in and offer me better prices. In fact she started off with the wand for 7000 and finally gave me an employee pricing of $1000 after our valve already bought products of $600. She gave me her business card and asked me to write a review so here it is! I’m completely disappointed in this product. The night shot leaves my under eye dry and cracky. The day shot has no relevance. Compare to my Elemis and And Clique Products but out significantly less cost I feel that I was conned. Totally totally my fault. I did try to walk away, but she kept trying to sell me horrible night Cream both I have continued to use for two weeks and have seen no significant difference. Beware of the scam!

Pleasant experience, good results
As with other similar reviews we were gently pulled into a beauty store in Las Vegas. Our location was in MGM. Angela was a great salesperson - I have to say that because we bought products we wouldn’t have purchased otherwise; way out of our price range even with discounts she gave us. She treated us to facial care with topical products as well as the red light therapy device. We were intrigued by the light therapy because we had heard about it before and it was the main reason for our bigger, second purchase, after buying the instant wrinkle cream by itself because I need that for around my eyes. The wrinkle cream says nothing on it about reducing eyes puffiness yet the application she put on me even over my make up has worked the rest of the week to keep big puffy bags from showing up daily which is normal for me especially on vacations. That’s the product I’m most impressed with thus far. A close second is the vitamin C serum in the black diamond line. It’s heavy, oily feeling, and difficult to get it to absorb into skin fully so I either put it on daytime when I don’t need to apply make up or at night & put a towel on my pillow. My skin looks softer, smoother, with less wrinkles, using the C serum. It may be making my skin a more even tone as well/ less splotchy appearance. It has a very light subtle orange fragrance to it that I only notice when applying, but not afterwards. The “AM” day and “PM” night creams - it is too soon to tell how much they are helping because I notice more directly the better skin appearance from the first two items mentioned. Plus the night cream was dried up so I’ve only used it once (trying it today daytime) since just having receiving the replacement container. Any fragrances in the products are very light, subtle, if not nonexistent; the night cream is the only product with a stronger perfumed fragrance and while still fairly light in strength it’s just enough that it bothers me to continue to smell it on my face after applying it about an hour ago. I cannot comment yet on the red light therapy device other than to say it doesn’t aggravate my skin in any way & I do have sensitive skin. Results are said to be expected visible after about a month or longer of use so that’s the reason for 4 out of 5 stars, I cannot really review results from that yet. I have not have any skin aggravations from the skin products so far, either. That in itself is a a bit of a miracle for me. So! If you are even mildly interested in these products just ignore the bad reviews & find someone/ some place in your area who will use some of the products on you to see results. I can’t imagine everyone not loving the instant wrinkle erase cream for eyes. (I’m very curious about the eye cream that is supposed to actually reduce puffiness as well). If you are in Las Vegas, go see Angela at the The Beauty Shop in the MGM grand shops area. Tell her Laura & Dean sent you. She’s lovely & sweet. PS I am 60 years young and my husband 72. His skin has been looking improved as well in about a week.

Pressured purchase
I was at an annual conference for work in Florida and Forever Flawless had a booth. I would not say my experience was horrible but the sales team was extremely pushy. I was handed a sample and quickly ushered inside the booth. The lady applied some product under my eyes and exclaimed what a difference it had made. I told the salesperson I wanted to think about it given the price and then she said she would lower the price and add another product but "don't tell anyone". I just wanted to leave and get back to my conference and I reluctantly made the purchase. After taking the night to think about the purchase, I returned to the booth the following day to make a return and the salesman working the booth refused to allow me to make the return.I do plan to make the conference organizers aware of the schemes and the forceful approach to sales.

Roy - the manager
Roy, the manager in the Willowbrook Mall selling Forever Flawless was a delight! I have read how people complain about his selling tactics and how they are taken in by the high prices! BULL! Roy showed us true showmanship and a magic show using the products on our own skin! Expensive -Yes! Results - Yes! You buy what you can afford - but don’t blame Roy for your own shortcomings!

Disgusting sales tactics & attitudee
Much like many other reviews, I had a horrible experience in Las Vegas (at the Cosmopolitan). I was handed a sample and quickly ushered inside the shop and practically forced into a chair, despite the fact I said I was busy trying to find someone for a work meeting. She lady applied some product under my eyes and exclaimed what a difference it had made. There was a slight difference, but she couldn't tell me how long the effects last. She then tried to sell me the product with another cream thrown in for free. Initial price was $299, then she dropped it to $150 because I said I wanted to think about it. I told her it was not something I wanted to be pressured into, to which she said she was about to go home, so now or never kind of thing. I stood my ground, and in so many words she said 'screw you', turned her back and walked off. The forceful nature of the sell and the bad attitude made me realise I'd done the right thing! Truly disgusting. Steer clear!

Always enjoy using White Diamonds
Always enjoy using White Diamonds. Would not use anything else. Even helps out my stretch marks. I use it every day. My face does not have any wrinkles and I love how it smooths out my neck (no turkey neck here). Even my skin around my jaws are tight and are not droopy. It is true, the more you rub it in, the better your skin will be. Thanks for an amazing product. Keep up the good work.

I love the way it feels
I love the way it feels, absorbed directly all into the skin. It seems to help under the eye also but would like to see eye treatment I had sampled in Las Vegas last year.

Still waiting for my order to arrive
I placed my order 8 days ago and received an email, from FF, 3 days ago that it shipped. According to the Fedex tracker, a label was created 3 days ago for my $411 order, but Fedex still hasn’t received the package from FF to deliver it

Did not receive package yet. Slow delivery process. The tracking is terrible. I have had the product before so I know its great. I never ordered directly from flawless before and do not like how long it takes to get it.

My only problem was the tracking at…
My only problem was the tracking at Fedex. It said it had been delivered to phoenix at 7:17 AM Friday of which I thought it had been delivered. It was then changed to Tempe and the delivery was made Saturday. They waited a long time to give me the real delivery date.

I never even received my product
I never even received my product. My box was empty. I called and reported it and they told me to email and do that process. I sent the email and haven't heard anything in weeks?? This is ridiculous.

This company is a total scam
This company is a total scam. Was walking through The Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas and was accosted by this guy with high-pressure sell tactics. The guy first told me the under-eye collagen was $400. I laughed. He then said $200. I still laughed. He then said $100 and I actually gave him my credit card just to get him to go away. I then immediately called MasterCard and had the charge reversed. And of course I kept the garbage product. Don’t walk….RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
