Anna was so helpful on finding the right ring for my daughtrr at the jewlry, she took the time to show us their inventory and not only what was in the display but also Gabriel came and helped us bringing stuff from their storage or somewhere behind the counter. Im very oleased with this ring!@!
I took in a bracelet to have it repaired, but the jeweler actually damaged it. What they don't tell you when you take your jewelery in for repair is: if you didn't purchase it at Fred Meyer, it's not covered under warranty. In other words, they only guarantee their products, but not their workmanship. A very sentimental, very expensive bracelet is now one of those pieces I keep, but never wear. The salesman told me they would sell a piece like mine for almost $1000, but I cannot even sell it for $100.....Thanks to Fred Meyer jeweler in Gresham. They paid me $300, but that doesn't fix my bracelet or make it right that they don't cover their work or hire decent jewelers.
