They don't honor recall refunds
They sell their products at BJs and had a product recall, notifying customers via US mail they had a contaminated product and providing a number to call for refund. Upon calling, the long recording sent you to their website to request a coupon instead of refund. I found the recall link in the website, after a long search, which then took you to another page and hidden in the page was a link to request the coupon. The link does not work.They do not honor their recalls!
