Bought a ticket on 02/03/2026 from sju to bna got to the airport went good when I went to board they said that friendztravel did not pay so I had to buy a ticket at the airport and costs me double and the person that took care of me was Andre’s. And also there is not a number you can call they call you but you can’t call back.

Like everyone else that is a proper human reviewing this is a scam. I own a travel company but am overseas and booked a flight this am Says processing. Ticketing is immediate so no reason to be waiting for the airline. You book in GDS and issue. Have given details and no flights I was even told to calm down because I asked what my reloc was My flight is first thing tomorrow with still no ticket
Scammers. They took my money and never gave me a confirmation number and then don’t answer the phone or respond to emails. Highly disappointed
Not Recommended - Avoid this agencyI strongly advise against booking with Friendztravel. We found a flight through a price-comparison app where they appeared as the cheapest option. However, more than 24 hours after ordering, we still hadn't received a ticketing confirmation. we got just a "In Progress" status! we had to call overseas call and spend time with frustration to their international customer service to investigate -they claimed the advertised price was "no longer relevant" and demanded an additional 15% to actually issue the tickets.We ended up cancelling the order out of concern and booked directly with American Airlines for a similar price. This was a massive waste of time and caused unnecessary stress. Save yourself the hassle . Avoid at all costs.
This is a scam they charge full price in advance and the Booking never comes and when you call the forcing you to buy other tickets with higth prives
The agent Gracy Mendez us a bug liar and ful if shit, they book me for a flight and never ever they send me my eticket or confirmation number,, they promise to send me after 2 hrs, then when i called them they told me my booking got cancelled and book me for next flight, so i waited for another 4 hrs then since i check my email there is no eticket yet so I called again, this time they she told me they cannot confirm my booking i ask for refund , she told me that it is processed after 5 days i saw the refund but ist only part of the full amount, this agency still owe me 385.00

Stuck in an endless loop of “booking acknowledgement.” It appears this company takes your contact info for the flight and attaches it to whatever card you use to bill with, so you can’t pay for another person. Tried calling for help, waited on hold for 10 minutes as the automated message told me I was first in line, then was hung up on without hearing from a single person.
SCAM! Same issue as the other 1 star reviews are saying - booked a ticket, got told it would be double the price. I told them to cancel the ticket; they said no and I told them I would be filing a fraud claim with my CC company. I just looked at my statement and they did refund the purchase so that was a pleasant surprise!
SCAM avoid at all costs.Advertised Frontier airline tickets for $417.99 Orlando to Atlanta. Paid for tickets and received acknowledgment.The following day, I received an email to call them as there was a problem. Went to a call centre in India, they didn’t have 4 tickets at the price I paid and I would have to paid an extra $480.99 to get on the flight.I asked for a refund to be told they cannot do that.I asked for a manager, who still would not refund my ticket.At this stage, my children we upset and husband tried to reason with the manager.We ended up paying the extra $480 as we were being held over a barrel.Absolute Scam of a company, please never use and spread the word. Disgusting India based company only after money, they need to be shut down- I have reported them to the USA Federal fraud company.
Scammers I thought I was talking to Air France I needed to correct my name on flight details I was charged over £527 I tried to cancel but they wouldn't give me my money back! Very stressful experience which put a dampner on my holiday to America. Keep well clear of these scammers!!!!!.
This is a scam outfit in India. If you’ve already booked something, call your credit card company and register a fraudulent claim. They tried to take $1700.00 from me, so I reported them to Amex. All the positive reviews are fake ones from them. Stay away.
SCAM ..... Called me to say the original flight was not available and to take one at a higher price , declined that , had another phone call later to say they had found it cheaper . Received an email with updated details and a link I had to accept and acknowledge. They said when I clicked the link nothing was received their end , sent me another email from support without the link and asked me to manually confirm I accept and acknowledge the flight details and costs . Money has been taken and I have received no flight details . When I try and contact them no one answers .Avoid like the plague....
This place is a scam, I Will be calling allá federal agencias to let know that these people sre stealing from the customers. I bought a ticket snd was scaner, asking for more money and did not give me a refund like I asked. Please don't fall for Friends Travel cause You Will be sorry.

STOP!! DON'T HAVE ANY DEALINGS WITH THESE PEOPLE .I dialed Japan Airlines and They answered the phone . I had a problem with my CONFIRMED AND TICKETED BOOKING.They told me in order to travel I had to pay 1972 POUNDS (AUD 4200.00) thinking We were talking to Japan Airlines , after I paid they told me they were a 3rd party . THEY NEVER ISSUED NEW TICKETS OR GAVE ME A RECEIPT , THEY POCKED THE MONEY !!!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Scam , this company uses fake names and don’t actually book a flight yet take money from you . We lost 450€ on a flight and they wouldn’t give us any confirmation via email and explained it could be cancelled and that we only get 50€ back even though they never booked it , they used names like Daniel and Sean and they lied and pretended to be different people when I asked to speak with manager . They have nothing to do with Qatar airlines or Emirate’s and I foolishly thought they did , otherwise I never would have selected these . Never use these people , I honestly don’t know how they can do this to people and their hard earned money . It’s despicable .
