Fast and Friendly Customer Service
We had an issue with our credit card settlements and Ryan Masso called us and fixed the issue right away! Not only was he fast to respond, he also was very friendly and explained everything in detail. Thank you again Ryan!

I called Fronstream and spoke to an excellent customer service person!
I called Fronstream and spoke to a customer service representitive named Ryan Masso. He was so knowlegable about fixing my issue. It took all of 3 minutes and he fixed everything. He was friendly and his customer service skills were excellent. I hope he answers my call in the future. He was GREAT!

Nightmare
Nightmare. So many glitches. Their promise to have events and donor combined and seamless is laughable. Would never recommend to anyone to switch to. Our non profit has had more headaches since our transition. If you need support - You'll get an hour, that's it. Then it's a ping pong and waiting game for the issues to be resolved. Save yourself and your organization.
