Disappointing & unreliable
I’m extremely disappointed with Fuel Meals. The entire experience—from the app to the actual food—has been a source of stress rather than a convenience.Inconsistent Delivery: The delivery is completely unreliable. While it’s supposed to arrive on Monday, it usually shows up on Tuesday or Wednesday, and has arrived as late as Thursday multiple times. This inconsistency ruins my food schedule and forces me to spend extra money eating out while waiting.Misleading App & Promos: The app is a nightmare. I ended up getting an entirely new order when I tried to make simple adjustments to the upcoming order before the deadline. To make matters worse, my promotion code didn’t work, and when I reached out, support offered a "fix" that was significantly less than the advertised amount.Questionable Macros: The taste is poor, but the portions are even worse. There is no way four small chicken pieces contain the 50g of protein they claim. The nutritional information feels highly fabricated.
