I don’t think I’ve ever gone from calm to completely panicked so fast. Two days before my daughter’s birthday party, the company we had booked for a Minnie Mouse character suddenly canceled on us with a short text. No warning, no real apology, just “we’re not coming.” I was stunned and instantly stressed out, especially knowing how much my daughter was looking forward to meeting Minnie.Our party was scheduled for a Saturday in Murrieta, which made things even harder. Most companies were already booked, and the few that answered didn’t have Minnie available. I spent hours calling, emailing, and filling out contact forms, hoping someone—anyone—could help. When Fun Factory finally replied and said they could try to fit us in, it felt like a miracle.They did cost a little more than the original company, but once I found out they were traveling about 75 miles each way, I completely understood. What impressed me most was their willingness to rearrange their schedule at the last minute just to help us. That kind of dedication is rare, and it meant so much to me during such a stressful moment.When Minnie arrived, all my worries disappeared. The costume was beautiful, clean, and looked incredibly high-quality. It truly felt like having a real theme park character at our party. My granddaughter just turned 2, and we hired Boston Party Adventures for her Paw Patrol birthday party. We requested Skye and Rubble, and on the morning of the party, Joe called to let us know that one of the performers was sick. He explained that Matt would be covering both characters and that he would also help with balloons. I really appreciated the call and the honesty, and it made me feel confident that they were handling everything professionally.When they arrived, Matt went above and beyond. Not only did he play Skye and Rubble, but he also surprised us by adding Chase. The kids were so excited, and my granddaughter was absolutely thrilled. They played music, danced, sang, and kept the kids engaged the entire time. It felt like a real little show, not just someone showing up in a costume.Everything was very interactive, fun, and well organized. Just rented a Stitch mascot costume from here. It looked really good! I was impressed that it was actually as professional as it was. I did see the pic ahead of time but still, ya never know right? But it came on time and looked exactly like the website. Was a big hit at the party and the whole process was pretty easy. Good to know there's a place out there that actually has this service, I couldn't find any other mascot rental companies online so it's cool to have a resource. We will probably rent costumes again for our 4 year old's party in December.

Our school just hired a clown from funfactory. We wanted it for our little end of year graduation party that we do every year. We get all the kids who are moving on and we have a little party with the parents and we usually hire some type of little entertainment activity to do while the kids are there. It's a nice way to wrap up the year and say good bye to all the kids that are moving on. We have hired Funfactory in the past and we were always happy with the service. Their price is a little bit higher but we like it because they always send us a great clown. This year we requested Rosie the Clown, the same clown we had last year. She came again and did a great job. It's nice to be able to go with the same company once you get to know their service. Another great year and Rosie did a great job with her face painting and balloon twisting.

As a professional performer, I answered a craigslist ad for a costume character. Jeff herring answered me and hired me (without ID or background) to work an event, as the character Mickey Mouse. He said that he was in Africa, and that I was to show up at this address, and perform for an hour and then send him his cut of the money via PayPal. He then put me in touch with someone who used to be the performer, but is now moving out of state… I met with her and she showed me a crowded warehouse full of NASTY looking old smelly costumes. She said that these get shipped all across the nation and there is no way to actually clean or sanitize them because they will get ruined so when they come back, she just sprayed them with Lysol and put them back in a box until they get used again. She let me know that Jeff is very unprofessional, and that he is basically nonexistent she has not ever met him, but has worked for him for many years she said that there was a crackhead lady named Roxana, who usually does his parties, but she is a meth head . There was never any background check done for me or an ID even asked for from this guy, Jeff Herring, but he wanted to send me out to a kids birthday party. As a professional, who has done this for many years, I contacted the client the night before to make sure that I knew who the birthday party was, for what age what gender, and any details that I might need prior to my event. I reached out to Jeff after I spoke with the client to let him know that I had all the information I needed and that I would go ahead and pay pal him the money when I was done. He then told me to not ever contact his clients, and that he provided the number just for emergencies. Being that, I was already apprehensive about him not checking my background before sending me in front of children, as well as not asking for ID or any kind of information about myself not to mention the way that the smelly Costumes Work kept, and the crackhead looking person who showed me the warehouse paired with him being “ in Africa”- I told him that I was not going to do the party I did not feel comfortable.He then began to harass me with hundreds of messages, demanding that I return the Mickey Mouse costume right away, and that he was going to press charges against me and call the police. After a lot of back-and-forth in which I let him know that he had the wrong person to be talking to that way, he sent a UPS label with his Santa Cruz address on it, and I sent back the Mickey Mouse costume. He continued to harass me and I wound up having to block him. He is very unprofessional, and I don’t know why anyone would lie about being out of the country and needing to be pay pal the money, but the whole thing is weird. I did some digging and found out that Disney actually sued him a while back for using his characters unlicensed. This guy is a weirdo and very unprofessional do not do business with him. If you’re looking for a costume characters tray, it’s a party. They are way better, professional, and SAFE not a criminal crackhead.!!

Hired Sully from Monsters Inc
We were having a Monsters Inc theme party for a 4 year old boy and we were trying to figure out some type of entertainment to go along with that theme. We did hire a Monsters Inc style bouncy house but we also wanted something else for the kids to do like maybe some type of entertainment or something related to that theme. I looked around online and didn't see much but then one of my google searches I saw a pic of a Sully mascot costume character. It looked really nice and when I clicked the link it brought me to this company that rents out costume characters and they have Sully! (They also have Mike but we couldn't afford to get both at the same time so we just went with sully cause that's the most popular one for sure). I'm so happy I found this place cause it was basically exactly what we were looking for. They send out live party characters to entertain the kids and do fun little games and stuff. We didn't need a lot of activities because these were all basically pretty young kids, but the stuff they came out with to do with the kids was great. Everyone had fun and they were all super excited to meet Sully in person! Also I have to say their costume looked REALLY good, very professional and definitely like the real character. Worked out just great for our theme. I see they have a lot of other type of characters so we might do another one next time around maybe a girl character like a Minnie Mouse or Frozen Elsa or something like that. Good place to look for characters and also just kid's party entertainment in general.

Rented a really cute Trackless Train
We rented a really cute little trackless train ride for a boy's 5th bday party. We had the party in our neighborhood park down the street from our house. We had a whole bunch of kids there so we really needed something fun for them to do. We did get a bouncy castle but since we had so many kids one item wasn't going to be enough for everyone. And we didn't get to do a big party last year because of covid restrictions so we wanted to go a little bit above and beyond for a special 5 year old party. I had seen these trackless trains before at other parties but had no idea how to rent one or what the deal was. I did a little bit of googling and contacted a couple places. This place was the first one to get back to me and they got back to me FAST, like 20 minutes after my first email. That's always a good sign when a company is response like that IMO. They showed me a few pics of their train setup and explained the details. Basically you can get a couple of hours which also includes the train delivery and a train conductor to operate it. They explained about how to get a permit from the park etc etc. Totally sounded like a legit party idea so we went for it. Day of the party Greg the Engineer showed up with a super cute little party train that looked just like the pictures they sent. Nice touch that he even comes out dressed up as a train conductor! Kids LOVED the train, they rode around on it the entire two hours and had a blast. Great opportunity for parents and kids to do something together. The train was sparkling clean and seemed new even though Greg said it was almost 5 years old, you can still tell it is very well maintained and safe for children. Definitely worth the price even though yes it is a bit on the higher side but for a special event like a 5 year old bday party, I'd say it was well worth it. The bday boy is still talking about it with his friends and already asking if he can do it again next year!

Great Party Planner Top to Bottom!
I just hired this company to do an entire bday party for a 9 year old girl. I was really stressed with time because I have a bunch of stuff going on at once with work, moving etc etc. I wanted to give her a nice party but also I just couldn't spend days and days on the phone calling around to different people. SO glad I found this company!! They were EXACTLY what I was looking for, I only had to make ONE call and they did EVERYTHING!! Super helpful for a stressed out modern party mom LOL>. I was able to contract them for every party of the party including the catering (as well as creating an awesome personalized bday cake!), we rented a princess castle bouncer and also hired one of their children's magicians. Everything was great, super smooth and easy. Everyone was on time and each aspect of the service was well done. Food and cake were a hit, the bouncer was on time and clean and Marty the Magnificent did a great show for that ages of kids we had. The bday girl and the rest of the kids loved it and it was an amazing relief to be able to put together a great party for her with less than an hour's organization. If you're on a tight timeline and just want to make one call or a couple emails, I can't recommend this place highly enough.

Great Job on our Moana Luau party theme!
I was putting together a Moana Luau theme birthday party last month when I contacted this place. We wanted to do the whole party theme in like hawaii style or polynesia and just basically stuff related to Moana. We had hired a Moana girl party performer to come out and paint the kids faces and we also were looking for just overall Moana related decorations, games and whatever else we could find. It's not the easiest type of theme to put together but that's the bday girl's favorite right now so it was her choice. It was actually kinda fun because I never did that type of party theme before and I haven't been to too many of that type for kids her age, she was turning 5. Some of the games and stuff were easy to arrange like limbo etc but we really wanted to give the party a whole hawaii style "look". When I reached this place they offered to help with setting up the decorations, and they sent me pics and other images of past parties they have done with a Luau Moana type theme. Wow! I really liked what I saw. It both fit the theme and was fun for little kids. So in addition to just sending out their lady Moana entertainer they also came early to our house and set everything up with Moana style decor. It looked great! And I loved that I didn't really have to think about or plan much of anything, other than getting in touch with them. They basically did the rest. My only thing was to just look at some examples from their past pictures and pick out what I wanted. Easy! And they also gave me a nice package price for the decor and setup because I was also hiring them for the entertainment. Getting everything together from one company made the whole thing much simpler. The party was a super success and totally worth every penny. It wasn't even all that expensive considering what we ended up with.

Rented a cute pony for girl's birthday party
I emailed this place back in July to see if I could rent a pony for a 4 year old girl party. I had looked around at a few other places but I ended up going with this place because I thought their price was reasonable and the pics of their ponies looked good online. They had a couple of different options and styles and we actually got to pick the size and the color of the pony which we wanted to rent, which none of the other companies offered. They basically told us at the time that, we don't really know until close to the party date which animals are available. That does kind of make sense but I preferred the option of actually getting to choose the color and size of the pony. Their customer service was really good too, they were by far the fastest place to respond to my emails and phone calls and they totally kept in touch by email and text message. Any time I had questions leading up to the party date they got back to me FAST. That also made me feel secure that on the actual party date there wasn't going to be any issues. Party day came and it went super smooth. Staff showed up right on time, the pony they brought was the one from the pics and it looked super cute. Perfect size for smaller kids. Their pony handlers were very easy going with the kids and kept everything smooth and safe. I didn't have to manage anything, just relax and take pics and enjoy the kids having fun especially the bday girl.

Hello Kitty Costume
I contacted this place when I was looking for somewhere to rent a Hello Kitty mascot costume. I didn't want like the type of costume that is just a mask. I wanted a actual hello kitty where you don't see the person wearing it at all like a mascot style. Those are pretty hard to find but fortunately I found this place online and they had exactly the type I was looking for. Their hello kitty costume is cute and well made, I was hoping to get the one where she's wearing a pink dress but the one they had the dress was blue but it was still cute. They rented it to us for 3 days the price was about $200. It came to our house by ups and then we returned it on Monday. To be able to find a hello kitty mascot style suit on short notice was really tricky, but they made it happen for us and saved the day.

I was looking for anywhere I could rent or hire an actual Jimmy Neutron costume character for a kid's event. The problem was no one around here has that character available for rent. So after searching around a while I ended up finding this place, and I was surprised to see that they actually DO have the costume and it looks great! They can rent you the costume - they don't have someone to come out and wear it - but it's actually a better deal to just rent the costume and wear it on your own. Their costume is awesome, it was brand new and looks super cool. We rented it for 4 days and used it a few times for a couple hours. It was clean on the inside and seemed very covid - safe. It was definitely a bit hot on the inside to wear but we only kept it on for like an hour or so at a time. It was pretty easy to see out of and for just basic stuff like picture taking etc it wsa just fine. The rental process was very easy and the company really came through for us. Next time we do this I will absolutely get in touch with them!!

I used this place to rent a live Daniel Tiger kids birthday party character to come out to entertain a bunch of pre schoolers at a party in our backyard. The whole party theme was Daniel Tiger so we wanted to do something to really make it special. I found this place online and they were able to send out an actual Daniel Tiger mascot costume character to come out in person! So fun, and it was perfect for our party theme as well as the ages of the kids we had. I really liked the look of their Daniel Tiger costume, too. It looked super cute and authentic to the actualy party character.The performer they sent out did a nice job, he was really energetic and good with the kids. His games and activities were a nice match for that age range.

I rented a birthday party clown from here. She did balloon animals and painted the kids faces. It was fun, she was there for about 2 hours and it was around $350. We had around 25 kids so two hours was kinda the minimum to get everyone done. Her clown costume was nice and not too scary. She was friendly and patient and her balloons were cute. Good facepainting too and she managed to get everyone done in the time she was there.
