Item is exactly as described. No problems at all. It came packaged very well, I did not use the white glove service. Box was very heavy definitely want to use two people to carry it.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
I purchased a concrete media console from them just over a year ago. Several months into owning the piece cracks started to form even though there was no weight on the shelves. Now having had it for just over a year it is completely covered in cracks and I can't even have it on display in my home. The company won't pick up the phone or return my calls. When I showed them the photos of the cracks they said it's a 'cosmetic' problem and that it will be expensive for me to order new shelves but they can send me a concrete repair kit to 'experiment with'. These are active (growing larger) stress fractures from poor manufacturing and there is no way to hide or repair them.STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS.
