The provider answered all of my questions and was thorough in her review of my situation.
I contacted customer service and spoke to provider support Ogechi Ekeke. She was helpful in looking up my account and identifying that I needed to complete an Intake form for Refill of medications. She promptly sent the form to me via email and text. She explained to complete the form as soon as I receive it, in order for my medication refill to be completed and sent. Thank you.

I have consistently asked for a refund. Futurhealth charged my card, then constantly sent me texts with different links to reserve a Teledoc. Each time the link just spun and didn’t work. I believe the company is a scam since they do not respond to emails, use broken links and charge your card without any merch. Beware of FuturHealth. ~ A Camanelli

It was so amazing first off my provider Linda Uche, did not give up on my appointment. I was having technical difficulties and she was so patient with me. Second when we was able to finally have my appointment she made me feel so comfortable. Her attitude was pleasant, she made me laugh, and she was able to answer all my questions. Finally I was greatful to her time she was just great.
In last then 1year I lost 20lbs... I do get called backs when I do call and I have any questions they answer all my questions so I'm happy

This company has lied, took my money and NEVER shipped me the medication. I’ve been a patient since December. I actually tried to start in November but they took my money and never shipped the product. I had another appointment In December and they had no idea what happened in November and they kept my money. I wrote a review and got the standard “Cookie cutter response”. It was no help. I stayed thinking it’s a new company and sometimes there are hiccups along the way but I’ve come to realize they commit fraud and allow their employees and customer support lie to you. I had my “refill” appointment with the physician on FEBRUARY 3, 2026 and they took $400 dollars out on February 4, 2026. I was supposed to get my medicine in 3-5 business days. It’s now MARCH 1, 2026. I still HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY MEDICINE! I’ve called every week since February 10, 2026, and they give me the same response. They can’t give me an answer as to why I don’t have it or why they haven’t sent it. I’ve been told numerous times that my calls were escalated and I would receive and email or call or tracking number with my shipment. It’s been 1 MONTH and nothing has been solved or shipped. I called again today and the customer service person tells me that my issue was NEVER escalated which is why I’m not getting a callback or email and the notes in his computer show nothing was ever done with my account. Not only has each person lied to me about looking into why I don’t have my medicine when they had no problem taking my money over 1 month ago. The standard is 3-5 business days AFTER you see the physician. Well tomorrow it will be over 1 month I’ve waited for my meds or help but it hasn’t happened. This is the second time they’ve taken my money and haven’t delivered the meds. I’ve done everything I needed to. Every time I call to check on the status, it’s another new person who doesn’t know what is going on who feeds me a bunch of bullshit on how they are going to get in touch with physician. It’s sad because the meds do work but this company doesn’t have it’s act together and they are knowingly taking my money without sending the meds. I’ve had to contact my bank before when they did this back in November. Futurhealth wouldn’t give me my money back so I had my bank open a claim of fraud. Now I have e to do it again. They give me the run around yet they keep sending a ‘refill form’ to fill out for my next medication. I still haven’t received the last medication but they have no problem going into my bank and taking the money and rendering no service. I know they will respond to this with their standard “I’m sorry to hear this and please call so we can fix this” Mumbo jumbo. I’ll call and they have NO IDEA why I’m calling. I’ve been through this several times. I will stop using this company. I recommend using a different weight loss company, one that has a good reputation and knows how to keep their medical records up to date because Futurhealth is not one of them. I shouldn’t have to wait over a month for meds. They don’t know what they’re doing. I receive the emails telling me to fill out another refill form because my meds are due. Yeah, well maybe you should send me my medication first before you refill something I don’t have. This company commits fraud and has its staff lie to you. DON’T USE FUTURHEALTH. Go with a different company who won’t steal or lie to you, because this isn’t one of them.
I never received my final month of the three-month medication subscription, which has already been paid for in full.I have called the customer service line seven or eight times to resolve this issue. During each interaction, I was told it would be resolved within 24 to 72 hours, yet the matter remains outstanding. Furthermore, a representative previously informed me that the order had been placed and a tracking number would be provided the following day; however, when I followed up, I was informed that this was incorrect.
I had the pleasure of speaking with Deidre Wilson. She was very helpful, I had several questions that we discussed. She listened, and we decided on the best plan for me at this point in my weight loss.
