Game Room was good at communicating. They were there from the start, confirmed my information, gave me a way to directly communicate with them, and got my order to me very quickly. I would say this should be the model for purchases of this size in the US, not the exception.

The GT game is great and very fun to…
The GT game is great and very fun to play. Looks great with the 55” TV. GRS (RJ) kept us informed though out the order process which was delayed due to manufacturing issues. One thing to remember - the manufacturer requires payment (your credit card will be charged) before they will make your game.

Golden Tee Purchase
Communication was ok. Disappointed by the turnaround time frame from Incredible Technologies. Product was great, the carrier used was PITT Ohio, which is a fantastic company compared to previous freight carriers used. I would highly recommend if that is the carrier they always use. Cant say enough good things about Pitt Ohio.

Slow delivery and disappointing
When we order the air hockey table we were told it could be delivered by Christmas. We ordered the table the first part of December and we are now told the table will be arriving around January 9. We ordered the table for something new and different to do with family while here over the holidays. Family has all returned to their homes by the tables get here. Why could you not be upfront about the delivery would be after the new years and not by Christmas.

Nervous about online only companies
As an older adult (60), I was very nervous ordering from an online company. Just want to say that they were understanding and patient with me, and even told me to wait a few weeks until the Black Friday deals came out which saved me some money.The Arachnid Bullshooter 2000 Series dartboard came on time and in great shape to my house. Everything is working great and I couldn't be more happy with this purchase. I will be doing more business with Game Room Shop in the future.

The staff at Game Room Shop are very knowledgeable and friendly and they go out of their way to answer any questions you may have and to address any needs or issues. The staff are great, I would highly recommend the Game Room Shop to anyone, I ordered the Tornado T-3000 Foosball Table and I love it.

Top notch corn hole boards!
The first thing that made it a great experience was your website that explained everything in such a way that I knew I was going to get a quality product. The second thing that made me know that I was getting a quality product was that the buying experience itself was very explanatory and done in a way to make sure that there would be no damage to the product and it would be delivered in a timely manner. And the last part was that I was given updates on the progress of the product I had ordered, and then it was delivered exactly in the manner described. The quality of the product was top-notch and I could not be happier. It made the perfect birthday gift for my son-in-law.

Delivery feedback
The process was excellent with the exception of the delivery process. The delivery people were needed to install the equipment and they were not proficient and it took them quite a bit of time. They even wanted us to sign for receipt when the machine wasn't working properly. They did figure it out, but it seems this could have been a smoother process.Thank you,Christine
