We purchased a fountain 6 months ago…
We purchased a fountain 6 months ago from a different nursery known for their fountains and planters and paid over $600 to have them install it. Last week is started leaking and they told us it would cost $250 to have some come take a look at it. Seriously??? Thank goodness I found Fountain Works! They came out for a fraction of the price and were incredibly professional. From the initial customer service call with Alyssa to the 2 mask wearing guys that came out and took their time assessing and fixing our fountain. I would highly recommend them for all of your fountain needs.

Poorly designed San Pietro Fountain and Poor Customer Service…
I purchased a San Pietro Fountain for in excess of $1,500. It is a very poorly designed product. The water all splashes out of the fountain in about 24 hours. When I inquired through Customer Service about this problem they blamed the manufacturer and indicated they would contact him. The manufacturer suggested reducing the flow of the pump by putting a clamp on the tube that feeds water into the fountain. This method of reducing the flow works poorly so I bought a new low flow pump that barely gets the water to the upper level. It still splashes out all of the water in a day or so. In my view, this is a very poorly designed product and Garden Fountains has very poor customer service. I won't buy another product from this company.

Pots
I purchased 2 exterior pots which had to come by truck directly to my house. Pots are gorgeous - delivery was great. All arrived safe and sound. Thank you for your help.
