Outstanding Customer Service
Maybe this is a bit premature but I can't wait to sign up for this because of the excellent customer service I received when I was not even a customer yet. I had a bad experience in the past with a company like this, the name of which starts with a P and ends with a Y, and what happened was that the members were not actually reading the books. They were merely rewriting content from existing reviews or simply rewording the book summary. As a result, virtually all those reviews eventually were taken down by Amazon and I ended up spending money for nothing. I contacted getbooksreviewed to inquire about the odds of the same thing happening again with their company and not only did I get an answer that was obviously written by a human, as opposed to the AI gibberish that you usually get these days, I could tell it was a professional, educated individual who wrote the answer and everything they said made perfect sense and was exactly what I was hoping for. I'm assuming that I can't go wrong with any place that has this kind of awesome customer service and as soon as I have a free moment I'm signing up. A lot of companies don't understand that first impressions can make or break you but this company clearly understands that because that was a first impression that blew me away! ( in a good way!)

Get books reviewed is a good platform for authors to compliant book reviews. The support from the team is vety good. All my issues are addressed promptly and politely. There are so many ways to earn tokens. I recommend this platform for authors who need books review safely. I am happy with them.

Compliant and genuinely helpful
I'm hesitant to write this review because I don't want people to swarm the site and overcrowd it, but I am so pleased I couldn't resist.I've tried many other book review sites, and this one is by far the best. Get Books Reviewed is an excellent way to receive unbiased, ethical, and honest Amazon-compliant book reviews. The algorithm in place prevents review swapping. Before joining the community, I looked into other reading clubs, but GBR was the one that impressed me the most. This is because they go to great lengths to stay compliant and make sure the members follow and understand the rules in place. I have had quite a few questions over the last few months,and I am always impressed with how quickly the support team responds. I have never had to wait more than a day for help. In fact, sometimes, I receive a response within hours. I have also had the chance to read some incredible and creative books that I normally would not have had a chance to discover. I can't recommend this club enough! It has been a wonderful experience.

TERRIBLE. And all the reviews on Trustpilot are paid too
TERRIBLE. The reviews you get on your books there clearly show most people on there don't even read the book, they're obviously low quality reviews for A LOT OF TOKENS (that means you have to leave a lot of reviews, and read a lot of books, in exchange for just one review for your book). Huge time-waste and on top of that you pay $10 per month whether you get reviews or not. When you contact customer service they don't solve the issue with bad reviews, all I got was threats of being banned! And they even dared suggest I create my own website. The bad reviewers got away with it, over and over. In fact it looks like it's a real scam and there's no reviewers on there, just a bunch of paid people doing a terrible job and a few authors hoping for the best.Oh and all the 5 star reviews you see on here too? They paid for them too. They're fake. If you complain on there they don't solve the issue, they ban you instead, so authors didn't dare write their REAL experiences on there. WATCH OUT

Get Books Reviewed is a company where you list your own books for review, then choose a book from another author from their library, and review it. This company is trustworthy; there are many Amazon rules that are listed and they want each author to follow them. This makes me feel secure. You can also decide (within limits) how many tokens you want each book to have for the next author to review. Their Support team is awesome; they answer you right away and will help with whatever is needed. I highly recommend this company! I have had several reviews of the four books I have listed, and I am very happy with my reviews!

This is a sophisticated mechanism combining a book club with a review mechanism which allows authors to have their own works reviewed. It is easy to use, quite enjoyable, and effective. Because of the internal quality measures, an author can regularly get one's books in front of highly interested reviewers who are trained in writing and posting on Amazon honest and thoughtful evaluations. I've been a member of GBR since its inception and am constantly impressed with its innovations and responsiveness to its members. Highly recommended!

Unexpected important benifits
I just want to say I recently had a review come in that was very positive publicly. But what was possibly even more valuable to me was that the author who read the book and wrote the review also took the time to give me a fairly extensive list of small things in it that were either errors or typos. I can't tell you how much I appreciate this feedback. I immediately put it to use to edit and update the book. So my purpose in posting anything about this publicly would be to point out that fact. I don't know about the other author, but I did not have a budget to hire proofreaders, and unfortunately, in my circle of friends and family, I only found one or two willing to put any significant time into actually reading the book and giving me some feedback. So for all of us starting out in this world of authorship, this was an extremely valuable part of your service.
