Was sent a sim card that for some reason they couldn't activate and instead of sending another they just refunded sim card didn't have a logo or anything and say I would need to reapply lol 😆 crazy never had a problem from a phone company like that.

I've had Flex Mobile for a very good minute now over 2 years exactly, and it's never let me down, they did upgrade and services are much more wonderful. And it's the price anyone can afford.

Flex Mobile is the most affordable service provider I have ever had or even seen anywhere. Not only that, I've had this service for a few years now and never lost service or had a call dropped, or any kind of problems like those other "so-called" great companies. I would stand by Flex Mobile any time

Since switching to Flex, I have been satisfied with everything from signal strength to customer service. Every time I've called, I've been helped out in a timely manner, and even when I've had to wait, they make it super easy and call back when the next representative is available, so you don't have to sit on the phone and listen to the elevator music and pull your hair out. I have recommended Flex to countless of my friends and will continue to use it for the foreseeable future!
