This company will not take no for an answer and is constantly harassing us via email and phone after we told them we are not interested in their service. They claim they do not charge service providers, however I read directly from the email they sent stating "there is a 10% fee. If you quote the client $300, will will pay you $270." After 6 phone calls, multiple emails and countless "no's" in 2 days, my last phone call included reading their exact verbiage to the rep I spoke with. She said "just upcharge your clients to cover the 10%." We are not interested in overcharging our clients just to generate revenue for this company obviously desperate for business.
