0 stars if I could!! The only time customer service has reached out was to confirm the order to get their money. After receiving my customized lamp, I was very disappointed. Lamp "glass" looked incredibly cheap, burnt marks on some areas, the image was very cartoon-like. I reached out to them again after seeing the item.. it was a gift but it is going in the trash now as they are no radio silent even after attaching photos of the lamp. ABSOLUTE SCAM. Lost about $50 and a personalized gift.

I wish I had seen these reviews before I used this horrible company! My order took weeks and their Customer Service was always vague about where my item was; also blaming slow delivery on covid. When I finally got the product, a puzzle made from a photo, the box was crushed. I contacted Customer Service and they were useless. They wouldn't do a thing. This was supposed to be a gift, but I am embarrassed to give it in the condition it's in!

This company is horrible. I ordered a lamp back in March 2020 it is now August 2020 and have yet to receive my package. I have contacted several times and I always get the same email about a pandemic. Looks to be computer generated asked for a refund told me I could be refunded 5 dollars and that it. Horrible customer service would NEVER EVER recommend a company like this to anyone. Do not use if you don’t want to be robbed of your money shop elsewhere

I wish I can give zero reviews. This website and the seller has provided me with the worst online experience ever. I ordered something and waited for it to be delivered for a month and a half. No tracking update nothing, and in the end, the seller ended the conversation with " the product is delivered. check your local post office". Which is absurd. There is no such thing as a local post office in Toronto, we have postal service companies here like Canada post, fedex, Purolator, ups etc. I never got my package, I lost 80$ and the seller customer service was really really poor.

I just recieved lamp from them that I ordered a month and a half ago. I’m not mad about that, I get that it takes time to ship stuff these days. However, I opened it up and it’s not anything what I ordered. A completely different lamp and I had a message written on it which it didn’t come with either. Never ordering from this garbage company ever again.

I ordered a gift to be sent for mother's day in May it finally arrived in Florida in July after so long they sent a message the post office had incorrect address I checked with Giftcats verified correct address the post office returned it due to they had "Incorrect address" and I asked for my money back and they sent me back....."Not there problem since the post office claimed they had wrong address"I will NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO THEM!!!!!

Shipping takes WAY too long
I actually ordered here a while ago, but just realized I should probably write a review. I ordered in November 2019 and did not get the item till probably early January 2020. The two items I got were in good condition and lit up and everything else. However, shipping times are ridiculous, I have ordered from other places in China near them and it never took NEARLY that long. I’m not sure if it is their carrier or just them in general. If this is an issue they need to update their shipping dates. I would suggest to not buy from them, especially if you want your gift for a certain event on time. I’m only giving two stars since I did eventually get my item and it’s good quality.

I received a product from this company a while ago, and it never lit up (the glass part didn't fit the base). I contacted the company, but they kept acting very rudely, trying to convince me that the product was never mistakenly sent and finally telling me that it was my fault. I finally had them send another one, paying another $10 for shipping, after three months of unproductive conversations over emails. However, the product that I just received is still broken, with the glass being too large for the base, again. I swear that you will never get a product that works properly or you desired to have in your room.

this is the most awful company I have EVER ordered from. I ordered the 3D lamp on January 21, today is February 3rd... it was supposed to be a valentines day gift. I have tried emailing sales@giftcats more than 3 times already and each time I have gotten the same automated email saying my order can't be processed because of the Chinese spring festival. "We will have the holiday from Jan 20th - Jan 30th. therefore, we can't process the order and reply to your email in time during this period" I want a refund on my order but it isn't giving me the option to request it. I feel like I've been scammed. DONT order from this website.

worst Experience ever
If I could give it less than 1 Star I would. It’s been 2 months sense it shipped and I have yet to receive my product and the tracker hasn’t updated in a month. I can’t get ahold of anybody after trying the 6 different emails they have given me and nobody will respond to them. They won’t give me a refund cause my product had already shipped and they won’t answer my emails. This is the worst service I have ever experienced and would not recommend anyone buy any of there products. Absolutely terrible company and service
