Don't waste your time!I tried to book on this site. Ever place replied to my booking request with an offer for a rate 50% higher than the posted rate. They were very nice about it but I believe this is false advertising.
I used booking to make my stay and a glampinghub vacation home. The cancelled within 2 hours. I am not receiving my money back from either site. And glampinghub is not responding to any messages or calls from myself or booking. A nightmare experience. This site needs to be taken down and turned in for stealing money from people.
unauthorized live listing - I am a new host, I had a draft in the system and pressed the 'review my listing' button which got be POSTED without my permission! NO way for folks to book, price was wrong, bed sizes wrong, pictures wrong. I mean it was my DRAFT, we were live for 12 days before I realized. They did bring down the listing however they did remind me that it was all my fault of course. WHY would any booking agency want to post a listing that's not ready for listing? Cold response to my concerns, I will not use them. It was so embarrassing!!
Had a nightmare experience with a tinyhome booked with Glamping Hub. Tinyhome was unusable (no heating, 10°C), host's were abusive and couldn't get a refund. Glamping Hub totally unhelpful. Tinyhome was not even the unit advertised.
NZ Scam. My property was listed on this website without our knowledge and money taken from guests, which is not the price of the rooms. Name of owner was even spelt wrong, and is my now deceased father in law. Guests arrived and were not expected, they had no received a confirmation email either. Of course we accommodated them, but this lead to their bank cards being blocked and of course limited ability to pay for their stay/ ongoing holiday. This was extremely stressful for them.
I booked the Mountain Tree Getaway on the Nantahala River Bryson City, NC for Sat/Sun (Oct 5-7 2024). The weekend before hurricane Helene devastated the Western North Carolina mountains, including the area of Bryson City. The North Carolina DOT issued a do not travel advisory for unnecessary travel into Western NC, due to the evacuation and emergency vehicles using the available roads to get to the area. I emailed the host (Jeanette) what our options were. She stated that their cabins received no damage and they were open. I reiterated the NCDOT travel restrictions to no avail. I was not refunded my $512 nor given the option to reschedule our dates. Given the extreme circumstances I would think we could at least reschedule. The host was NOT flexible by any means and seems to be the same experience with other reviews on this site. Very disappointing and NEVER again!
Property was supposed to be a glamping treehouse, but when we arrived to the address, it was just a seemingly occupied house and remote lot that resembled a junkyard. No treehouse on the property to stay at. Cars, lawn equipment, sheds just piled around. We left as there was no place to stay and found another hotel last minute on our honeymoon. Glamping Hub has not been helpful once we gave them the details of the experience, and we have had to dispute the charge with our bank. Glamping Hub also incredibly late in sending out the address to us, so we did not even have the address until a few hours before check in and had to hurriedly seek other accommodations for a place to sleep that night once we realized there was no treehouse. There is a reason why this site has such an incredibly low Trust Pilot score.
Tried reaching out to their customer support by phone like 15 times over the past 2 days. I was told I would get a call back and have never received a call back and no one is answering the phone.
Absolute scam business. Use them if you want your money to disappear

Glamping hub are not complying with NZ marketplace rules for hosts and not remitting GST to IRD. It is law in NZ as of April 1st 2024 and they are yet to do anything so we are unable to continue doing business as a host.
This is my second review in over 20 years. I feel very compelled to write a review to warn others about this company. Their website shows sink and under the description, well, there were now. Just a tent sitting on the ground. Their website says there should be bathrooms shared by Two tents. When we arrived at the registration office, the lady told me the dinky looking sheds like the size of portable toilets are the only”bathrooms “ in the entire camp site shared between 50+ tents. By the way, the check in office was a beat up trailer. It was 82 outside but inside the tent felt like 95 degree. There were dirt all over inside the tent, even on the beds. PEOPLE, THIS IS NO GLAMBING BY ANY MEASURES!! Kids didn’t want to stay there and so we left thinking I can call them on our way to flagstaff. Well, bad decision, you can’t find anyone to talk to. I have called all the numbers listed on their website and left over 5 voicemails and several text messages. They go by two names, wander camp and glambing hub. Only a lady from wander camp called me back and told me there’s nothing she can do for us. She kept telling me it’s a different platform whatever that means. So beware of these people!!!!!
I list my property there and I get about 1 guest per year. They are a bit of an odd site, in that they create their own written description of my property, but I do speak with or email them for changes I'd like and they do respond. Email seems best. They also don't collect enough of a security deposit as I'd like, so I have to have the guest send me the difference. They are notified of this need in advance. When someone wants to stay, I get the request from Glamping Hub via email and then need to approve, change or deny it. I can message the potential guest with questions if needed. The system works, and I get good guests from them.
Customer Service is terrible. Cannot call, only send email and slow replies. As a host you do not control your listing, they create the title and description for you (badly). I only had about 5 booking for my 6 listing in 5 years. So the traffic to their site is very poor. Most of the guests who booked didn't even realize who they had booked with and didn't realize how strict the fees and cancellation policies GH forced unless they tried to cancel and they were upset at me. All around not surprised to see that others have had the same experience and don't expect to see them around much longer if they treat both hosts and guests so poorly.
Booked the Nature lodge in Beaux Bridge, La. The dates were available when i booked for 100 a nite. It was declined, saying no availability. I checked the next morning. Still available, just 150 a nite. Host Eric .
Bad view, too crowded. No privacy. Called reception after hrs 3 times on the emergancy number and sent msg with no response untill 24 hrs later. Photos posted are from one angle and didnt show the true location which they wont reveal that its in the middle of the caravan park.
I booked a "glamping" site on this website, 11 months prior to the stay. I provided credit card info. Then the website just did nothing. The reservation expired because no one made sure it went through.This is a useless website. I'll just use AirBNB in the future.
I booked a stay through Glamping Hub, my wife and I had to cancel due to our grand baby having an emergency surgery, sent emails and texts. My bank was charged and I have been given the run around for months now. They won’t refund my money and won’t answer the phone or email me back to tell me what they are willing to do.
I used this site for the first time and never again! I booked a month in advance for my birthday. My reservation was cancelled 4 days prior due to “overbooking”. My 2 day booking was cancelled so that a 7 day booking including my dates could be reserved despite being booked after me. The customer service is horrible I should have read these reviews first. Trust the bad reviews and avoid at all costs!!
