Everyone was nice but they couldn't keep appts and we never even got started on the project. Billed as wisdom writers...I was told I would receive a refund on my card but that never appeared and I had to disute the charges on my Credit card. They have a money back guarantee but they don't seem to want to honor it.
"Global Books Publishing" done the editing and formating of my manuscript. They did a really good job! better then I thought they would do. I am rating them a two stars because Eric sent my manuscript back to me with GLOBAL BOOKS PUBLISHING PROOF COPY on every page!! After I've already approved the final copy!! WHY? I cant do anything with my manuscript now it is ruined I feel like the agent is trying to hard preasure me into spending money I dont have yet. He wants me to pay $999 for copywrite. I told him I would do that my self he became upset and told me I dont know what I am doing. I tried to reach out to him to fix this but no answer. So I will have to report your company to the American Fedral Trade Commission and BBB If I do not recieve what I paid for. If this pans out I will do another review. I had my biography edited and published through GBP and they did an incredible Job! Every edit was as per my liking and instructions and they even made me a cover!
