I have called on several occasions and left messages. To this day I have not received a return phone call. I was trying to buy equipment for my gym. Do not waste your time with this company.
Agreed to buy a 95Ti treadmill with 11K miles on the clock.They tried to swap it for a 40K machine. Be careful with this company.
I was with these guys for years! Everything is fine but man are they super stingy and thief’s when it comes to squeezing an extra payment from you. Shameful
I had some problem returning the treadmill I could not use due to my injury, after a few emails, the company was agreeable for it to be collected and for the bulk of the money to be refunded to me. It was a satisfactory outcome.monsie picklesBallaratVictoria
