I believe this company is a scam.
I believe this company is a scam.The sale representative said their fee is $230 for processing trademark plus $350 to the Trademark department.After I paid $230 for their service fee, they sent me an invoice for over $1000 for filing 4 classes .I said I only want to file 1 class. They then said it’s required by the state that you have to file at least 2 classes. I said it’s not true. Trademark doesn’t has a limit on how many classes we have to file.They also demand I pay the trademark fee to their company. At this point, I had a feeling that this was a scam. I sent an email and stating that I no longer want to continue this service. The representative sent me an email and stating that he will refund $230 back to my credit card within 5-7 Bussiness days. That was on 3/30/24. It’s July now and I still dont have a refund . I’m writing this review and hoping to prevent other people from get scammed by this company.
