After paying for a year's worth of…

After paying for a year's worth of YouTube, I use it for three months and run away without refunding my subscription cancellation. the worst service

It's a non refundable scam site

I signed a contract for a year's worth of YouTube premium, but it didn't work after 3 months. Not only me, but all Koreans are like this.It's a non refundable scam site

As the service can no longer be provided due to platform or system limitations,I formally request a refund for the remaining unused period of the service.

They have big problem with youtube…

They have big problem with youtube recharge. They appoint us safety so we paid for youtube recharge but we can't use it anymore even my periods lasts more than 8 months. They told us that they cannot, will not give us any money back for the lasts. They said they don't have any duty, but I can't understand. They absolutely have duty because they promise us about service, but they are trying to avoid their fault. I won't gonna use it anymore. never.

fraudulent company

I previously used your YouTube Family service and experienced issues while using it. When I contacted your support team, I was advised that switching to YouTube Recharge would prevent such problems in the future.However, after switching to YouTube Recharge, the same issues occurred again. Despite this, your company is now avoiding responsibility and stating that a refund cannot be provided. I believe that your company also bears responsibility for this situation, and I am requesting at least a partial refund.Additionally, I find it very frustrating that the live chat support option has been removed and that communication is now limited to a ticket-based system only.Due to this experience, I no longer trust your service and will not use it again in the future. I will also inform others about my experience.

I bought a membership to watch Stranger Things and, surprise surprise, they didn't have any accounts and couldn't resolve my case; to this day, a ticket remains open.

Payment issue

Bought a few services example Netflix , YouTube premium and Chatgpt all the services so far so good but now I want to renew when want to payment but unable to do so . I have reached out to their Live chat to seek their customer service consultant for advice of alternative payment but up till now I still haven't received any reply for alternative payment mode from them . Hopefully Goingbus relevant Team able advice and assistance on the payment issue . Thank you .

Youtube premium service is really a…

Youtube premium service is really a nightmare. After 100 days of service. The service stopped and the customer service is poor by not responding and giving solution. Theres 3 options, 2 of it requires to pay extra to restart the subscription and one option refund to the accounts wallet. Which is the same with option 1 to add more fund in order to renew. Asking for refund is impossible and they only repeating told that you only got this 3 options

More Trouble Than Tea Without Biscuits

Firstly, the YouTube family premium subscription was about as useful as a chocolate teapot. I forked out for three months of YouTube Premium, only to discover that for nearly half the time, the service refused to work—apparently because their "family plan" is about as legitimate as my uncle’s timeshare in Marbella. Frankly, you'd be better off buying Premium the old-fashioned way, unless you enjoy a bit of rule-bending roulette.Secondly, the customer service was a masterclass in how not to help. Replies usually came in Korean—which is lovely if you’re fluent, and less so if you’re not—and at the speed of a snail on holiday. As for refunds? Not a chance. My subscription barely worked for 1.5 months, but they clung to my money like a toddler with a biscuit.

The most frustrating way to subscribe…

The most frustrating way to subscribe to YouTube Premium. Even after paying a high price for the service, you can't use it, and you're left waiting for days for the issue to be resolved. They deliberately block live chat support and, even worse, don’t offer any solutions. Refunds are absolutely impossible. I’ll just have to wait and see when (or if) this issue gets resolved.

Rubbish service

Rubbish serviceYouTube premium was down three times a week!cant file a complaint, cant reach to a real person to speak to, ridiculously it shows my membership is ACTIVE whilst the link in absolutely an invalid rubbish.

I've been using the Going Bus for a year. Problems occurred during the period, but they solved the problem very quickly. It was so nice to use it cheaply and I plan to continue using the Going Bus.
