Probably the best customer service in a very long time.Thank you for that.Contacted "GOLFPADGPS" regarding aminor problem with the layout of my home golf course.I was contacted within a very short time explained what it was and GOLFPAD checked and fixed it within 72 hours. Polite, efficient customer service wich was greatly appreciated.
Invested in golfpad tags to track clubs & distances etc and was impressed with ease of use and data collected. However after 2-3 years of use some of the tags started to fail - the phone could not pickup the NFC. They seem to be not strong enough to handle the bumping around in the golf bag?? Contacted support and advised they only provide 1 years warranty and link to but new tags! They don't seem to be fit for purpose and would advise looking elsewhere.
Four months after I paid for the full years access to this golf app, my access to the premium parts of it were removed for no reason what so ever. After contacting customer services I was told that I never had premium and that I only had the free version. Even after providing proof of my purchase, paid with paypal, 6 days later I still do not have the premium features. Customer services are appalling and I have basically been robbed of my $30. Avoid at all costs
I have been using their product for years and think it is the best on the market. Recently tried the Garmin equivalent and in my opinion it just didn't stack up. The Functionality and ease of use in Golpadgps are great. Recently had an issue with their tags and the support team tried to help me through the technical side and then when they couldn't help have offered replacement tags. Great effort folks well done.
