Governmentauctionluxury.com advertises that you can buy things for 30-60% below value. No reserve cash sale auctions. HOWEVER, the auctioneer bumps the value up asking for a bid. They receive 15% buyers fees.I bid 126 on a no reserve land sale and the auctioneer bumped the asking price to $7500. $2500 more than the land was valued at. SCAM!!!
