Not only did she find the issue, she made sure to explain why it happened, how to avoid it in the future, and retroactively fix anywhere it came up. We accidentally deleted a student's…
After 6 years without a problem, it was likely to happen. Today, we accidentally deleted a student's data. Axel was able to provide the missing data via email within an hour for us to re-input will little effort. Although Gradelink did not have an "undo" feature, Axel on the support team saved a lot of headache.

The customer service with gradelink has always been wonderful.
