The quality of the coffee and food…
The quality of the coffee and food choices are all good, including the vegetarian//vegan offerings. A good place to bring the family or hang out with friends. This review is for the Parmaus NJ location, but we make sure stop by at their other locations if we are nearby.

Your app promises 30 min waiting time…
Your app promises 30 min waiting time from a shop that is 1,5 Km away. Instead of 30 mins it takes MORE THAN AN HOUR!!! Coffee arrives cold ( hot cappuccino ordered ) Customer service passes me on to the actual shop and the waitress just yells it’s not her fault. Well, is it mine??!!! Demanded a refund!! FIX YOUR ORDERTIME ON YOUR APP AND TEACH YOUR STAFF THAT HOT COFFEES SHOULD NOT DRIVE AROUND FOR 30 MINS ON THE ROAD TO BE DELIVERED TO PAYING CUSTOMERS!!!!
