Tasty burgers

Grill'd had great vegetarian options, and everything tasted fresh. The staff were welcoming too.

Dropped into Grill’d for a feed and the…

Dropped into Grill’d for a feed and the burgers were heaps good – fresh ingredients and cooked just right. Chips were spot on too, nice and crunchy. Service was friendly, no dramas at all, and the food came out pretty quick.

Bad customer service

Ordered online via the Grilld website, where they offer delivery via a 3rd party.The delivery person dellvered our food with some sort of liquid spilt all over the bag and into the bag. It seeped into the food packaging. The delivery driver refused to speak to us (other than say it was her daughter who is normally the delivery driver). I sent photos and requested a refund but it was ignored by Grill'd. They decided a $20 voucher was enough compensation on an $80 order (it was an order of 4 burgers plus sides for a family). As the dellvery is organised by the restaurant it is their responsibilty to ensure the party they employ for the job is clean and responsible. They did not do this. They've lost a customer of 16 years over lousy customer service for one order.My suggestion- go elsewhere as there are plenty of better options. Grill'd is not as good as what it used to be anyway.

Dirty restaurant, lack of care by customer support

I recently visited Chadstone Grill’d and, unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. Upon arrival, we had to sift through six different tables to find one that was even slightly clean. Despite the restaurant being quiet, cleanliness was clearly not a priority, and we still had to request someone to clean the table. This lack of upkeep not only reflects poorly on the venue but also raises concerns about hygiene in the kitchen and food preparation areas.We ordered burgers and specifically requested they not be burnt, as this had been an issue during a previous visit. Unfortunately, the buns were once again burnt to a crisp, making it hard to enjoy the meal.When I reached out to customer service to address these issues, their response was indifferent, with no effort made to address my concerns. It left me feeling like my feedback—and my return business—didn't matter to them.Grill’d has potential with its great concept, but the lack of cleanliness, food quality issues, and poor customer service make it hard to consider returning.
