I wish I could give this place more than five stars
I wish I could give this place more than five stars ,that is how awesome Groff's has been as far as my experience. Dave is great as he does not try to sell you items on your vehicle you do not need. Recently I had to have my truck towed to them because my vehicle would not move. Come to find out it needed a new transmission and Dave gave me a few options along with what he would suggest to save me money as well as the better option as far as quality. I am always happy and trust groff's to work on my vehicle and will continue to go to them as long as they are in business. I will suggest you make an appointment as the spots do fill up quickly.

Fantastic as always

Once again I find myself with a problem…
Once again I find myself with a problem with my truck. Time to call Geoff's to make an appointment. I took my truck in on the day of my appointment and within a few hours I got a call it was ready. Fast and friendly service, repairs done right at a reasonable price 😃 Easy peasy‼️

Great people and they take care of you very well.
Groffs greeted me as soon as I came in the door, they were prepared for my truck and very friendly. Their estimate and final bill was as estimated and they take the time to make you feel comfortable, and at home in their clean and inviting facility.

I have been pleased every time I have had one of our vehicles in this shop.
I’ve had Groff’s work on my family’s cars and my pick up trucks for the past few years. They have always done very good work but most importantly to me they treat me very well. They are patient and thorough when answering my questions. I think the bottom line is I’ve yet to leave there feeling I could have done better at a different shop.

Radiator repair under warranty
I had a radiator that had to be replaced a few years ago, and just recently noticed a small leak on my driveway. They have a 3-year warranty, and I asked if they could take a look at it. They got me in quickly and repaired the leak under warranty (a fitting was loose, probably from hitting a tumbleweed). In the end, no cost to me and they got my car up and running leak free.

Just pointing out thing .You guys…
Just pointing out thing .You guys didn't put my steer wheel cover back on it was sitting in passage floor board. took cover off under front dif and did not put back on . which you still have . it was 2010 jeep Cherokee. The diagnosis fee was fine. I just don't understand why they didn't put everything back together. Would like to take it back to you and put all back together.
