Very unreliable service save your money go elsewhere
Found these absolutely terrible service didn’t answer phone even when I rang several times.I went then to get appointment online which was excepted so I thought great I can understand them been busy as my due appointment was nearly 5 weeks away but said great at least my dog Shay is getting done.Then after appointment was confirmed I got a call days later asking all my dogs details even though already supplied at appointment stage they asked was my dog loud been a husky I confirmed he was not & also told them that he doesn’t even bark so they seem happy continue with appointment at end of conversation with them.Then 2 weeks beforehand they sent a email saying they could not fulfill the appointment very disappointing as I had wasted 3weeks with these where I could have went with another place terrible service would certainly not recommend to anyone
