Had my hair cut by viviane at v design in bournemouth, sorry to say this has got to be the worst experience I have ever had, very aloof person on receptionist, ignored me while on phone not acknowledged any told to hang my coat up on cost rack, this should have given me the sense to run, had to ask for a pre haircut chat, the cut I got is so embarrassingly bad, I look like a five year old so very bad, this person should not go near a head of hair, steer clear people!!

/ 1Just a reminder if you are considering booking here, DON'T. They ruined my hair, failed to take responsibility and I sued them. Absolutely no Customer Service for a 4 year returning Customer. Appalling! If you can't tell the truth in Court, what example are you giving to your children? SC has the ability to be in 2 places at the same time. It's better to hold your head up high and tell the truth than be coerced into economies with the truth by those around you. The Manager is loud, crude and often, in an attention seeking trend, uses profanity on the shop floor.

Excellent hairdresser. My brother who is now disabled was used to a Barber cutting his hair. I found Sarah M Mobile Hairdressing in Essex and booked him an appointment with her.She arrived on time, put him at his ease, asked him what he wanted and did a lovely cut for him. She also trimmed his eyebrows.She then got the hoover and hoovered up all the hair.She left everything clean and tidy.Will certainly use her services again.Thank you

I have been going to the salon for a few years and I have been happy with the cutting from Sandra. 5 weeks ago, the girl washing my hair before my cut, put a chemical on my hair that stripped the colour. I was unaware of this until after my hair was blow dried. Sandra asked if I had used a different colour and therefore could see the difference. I have used the same colour for years, bright red. I contacted Sandra who suggested it was a hair spray removing solution?? I don't believe that and having seen the issue before I left the shop it's disappointing that no one had the courtesy to offer to do something about it. After trying to recover the colour myself, it's still a mess, 5 weeks after my appointment. Shame on you! What you should consider is offering a refund as it is your employees fault, not mine! You took my money and watched me walk out, knowing what the girl had done. I have photos, can produce witness statements and I am absolutely appalled at your service. I have incurred expences trying to put this right and I shall consider making a clam through the small claims. You have my number, ring it and do the right thing!

Waited 15 minutes then had one of the best haircuts I’ve ever had at starkuts in church walk Caterham.Stupidly I didn’t get the ladies name but it was the 2 nd time she’d cut my hair and I can’t recommend her enough. I’ve got short hair with a terrible hair line around my neck but nothing phased her( she’s really long dark hair) my partner loves it aswell! I will return regularly!

I I been in Envy hairdresser about last 2 months ago my haircut’s, was fantastic in 30 years, in United Kingdom’s in Liverpool this hairdresser was the best hair cut and blow dry and wash my hair. every seconds of treatment was absolutely fantastic. When she wash your hair they use very good quality shampoo & Conditioner that I never experienced in any other hairdresser. When they wash your hair they massage that make very comfortable filling that I had experience 2 times because after about 2 months I again went there and Hunesty if she was in another city For my hai, I will go to her definitely. After again very nice cut and blow dry, that again she’s done fantastic. Believe me before here anywhere I am went for specially hair cut I end up very upset and also very ugly, but from now I on, I will experienced a very professional hairdresser that after 30 years made me very happy . Another beautiful things she had is her-hand in my country, I come from Iran but after 30years living in UK, I want share something that in my country everybody said about hairdressers hand, meaning the hairdresser going to be 3 kind. One kind, they hand its doing nothing. One kind they hand very good that means when cut your hair your life, day by day going to be better. And there is another kind they hand going your life to little bad, but I tell you she’s hand for my life is very good too , She is that kind with good hand you must try yourself, than you belive me, worth to try.Thank you very much ENVY hairdresser 💐

Booked for wash and blow dry in this well established Hairdressing Saloon...mega mega mistake Member of the staff who washed my hair was splashing water everywhere including on me and chairs near by and my hair was not properly rinsed....Another member of the staff who was blow-drying my hair was very rough, my hair was very flat and there was no bounce in it.... there was no style and she could not find my fringes??? My hair was not properly dry and 1/2 hour for wash and blow-dry is bound to go wrong...£34.00 far too excessive for what they hadn't done properly Only reason why I gave them 2 stars is because the receptionist who booked my appointment was very polite and professional.....

A lovely salon experience.
Today I had a lovely experience at this beautiful hair salon called Boone and last in shoreditch. There was some confusion on my appointment with a trainee stylist. Lee The manager was so lovely he asked me to still come in and he honoured the booking that I made originally he gave me the first class treatment and did my hair. He made me look like $1 million and made my day I’m so happy. I would recommend this place to anybody friendly staff beautiful welcome in Salon with very professional staff who give you that friendly family touch. I would recommend this salon to anyone. Thank you for the lovely Experience.
