Although delivery was very quick and the item looked nice unfortunately the only attachment that is good is the hair straightener the brush does not give you volume it doesn’t matter if you put hair spray or mousse the curling ones do curl your hair but don’t hold at all they drop within 5/10min. I’m returning a bit disappointed as I really like the hair straightener
Have not received this and neither did I get a comformation number. I want to cancel but cannot get in touch with the seller. Should have ordered from Amazon.
I ordered my hairshark on Jan. 6th and while I did get an order confirmation, I have not received the product and have gotten no response to my customer service inquiries. Only upside is they haven't billed my Visa yet. I plan to cancel the order and buy one direct from Amazon--at least I know Amazon is trustworthy, which I don't feel Hairshark is. Would not recommend ordering from them.
Here is an updated review. I gave it 3 stars due to shipping and not the product. I ordered my HairShark October 1,2021. I received it in the middle of December. There is no tracking your order, and they really can’t tell you when you will receive your product. Take a picture of your order before you exit out. I never received a confirmation and it wasn’t in my spam email. I don’t know if that is not normal, but just in case, take a picture of all the order information. I have very fine, thin, short hair. I use the Hair Shark to blow dry my hair and turn it a little to style. Because it has space between the bristles and all, it works well. I have more body in my hair and don’t back comb much. So, yes, I would recommend this product. Just don’t be in a hurry to get it from the main website.

Brought for £2.50 I'm really pleased i only paid £2.50 from Tesco's as it was reduced. The back coombe part is great but the smoother just drags it all out!!
My hair is so fine so the Hairshark is great in this damp and wet weather to revive my hairstyle throughout the day. I wouldn’t go out without it !!

For someone with long fine hair this brush is a god send... really easy to back comb and the smoothing side of the brush does a fab job, you don’t lose any volume while smoothing the hair out! Really simple to use, love the pointed tip that allows you to section off the hair.

A fantastic backcombing brush! So much better than using a tail comb. I particularly like the tail to separate the hair for back combing. I have very thin hair and a balding crown and I have managed to create volume. Teamed with a good hair spray It has kept my hair full for the whole day/evening.
