Can't get ahold of anyone at the…
Can't get ahold of anyone at the company about their warranty, told to contact Amazon, Amazon told me to contact the company, and the email address listed on their website bounced back. Have had the suitcase only 3 months and the handle stopped working. Terrible experience. Do not buy their products.

No Response from Customer Service
I purchased my Hanke suitcase in November 2023. I have used it 3 times in the last year and one of my trips produced a suitcase that both zipper feet had broken. Since their warranty covers zipper feet, I have tried to engage the company via their websites (I have found two different addresses on the web) and have had no response. What good is the warranty if the company will not respond when you have an issue. Loved my suitcase, but too much money to have only used it 3 times.
