My home flooded; I was in a nearly fatal car accident. I showed these people proof and offered more proof. They said with a 20% restocking fee, we will refund you, send you a return label, and send the bike back, which was unopened. I mentioned the things that happened to me because that is what prevented me from returning my son's bike (he got another) prior to 14 days. The package came all mangled and just looked like it was not a good fit, then I looked at all the issues people are having. Didn't feel good about it. Long story short, all the things that happened to people with battery issues, refunds, and runarounds are all the same. It's a playbook. I'm filing a lawsuit and asking to certify it as a class. They can see the same issues over and over. The sun does not shine on companies like this for too long.
I bought my son the G300 pro from a 3rd party (electricrideco) but even then they have been great about providing support. My son broke a part when he crashed it. I emailed HappyRun directly to ask where I could buy this part, and they immediately shipped one out to me, no charge. I also emailed them a couple times to ask questions and they responded quickly.
It was great, it was a perfect transition over from a 10 year small bike that didn't fit me. I had it for little under a week and it feels and rides smoothly. Though I have already crash, it hold up well. Be careful with wet dirt pebbles. Thanks for the product. Now I can get to collage and home at my own time faster.
I ordered my G100 yellow and I absolutely love it. Right now it's coming closer to a year out and it's my first experience with a ebike moving from Los Angeles for Atlanta it's been great navigating my way around without spending money for gas. My experiences with customer service support has been immediately responsive and informative enough to purchase another one just in case I need company in the future 👍
The purchase process was easy. Customer support was helpful. I havent opened the box yet, as I am waiting to get some grease for the axel. But so far the process had been good.
I did a lot of research before purchasing the happyrun G300 and I have NOT been disappointed the bike came packed well no scratches no dens. Putting it together was easy for me. I have been riding bike there are NO problems it is Extremely FUN
The bike itself is fun. My son was happy for a couple days. After the first day the horn stopped working. And now the key won't work to open the door to the battery and starter. So now this very expensive bike is useless.
I had the best ordering experience with HappyRun. Shipping was extremely fast and although the box was a little damaged the bike itself was packaged extremely well and there was no damage to the product. The only thing I would recommend to the company is to add some type of regen to possibly extend the range of the product. I ordered the G100 tank and it is great and not hard to pedal if you run out of battery power so that is where I think the regeneration would absolutely improve this product.
Terrible company to deal with. I purchased a G300 Pro and it came with a dead battery. I had to go over hoops to get them to send me a working battery. That one was dead and I could tell it was used. Long story short, they ended up sending me 3 dead batteries. I had to go an purchase a new battery on my on. Then it takes forever to get a refund and they refunded it incorrectly. They sent the refund to the people I financed the bike through. I purchased the new working battery from a dealer, I found. I provided them with my receipt and everything. You can never get anyone on the phone. There is no contact number. You have to email back and forth and their responses come in, during the middle of the night. By the way, my purchase was made in October 2025 and I am still dealing with this mess on getting my correct refund, January 2026. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!
So far everything has been great. A few little issues out of the box but nothing Happyrun wasn't able to help fix at no cost.
I value the customer service that I've been receiving from happy run. They're very diligent and responding and helping out when there's a problem.But there is one thing I'll have to say is a lot of the accessories are a little pricey🤔
I bought my wife a brand new G50 tank e bike from this company and I am disgusted by how we were treated. Bike showed up, we assembled it and nothing worked. Took it to an E bike repair shop to get it fixed and they couldn't figure it out. We then called HappyRun customer service and they were nice at first then they told me they would replace it if we paid the shipping that was almost as much as buying a new e bike. They failed to ever send me the shipping info so it never got replaced or resolved. I have reached out to them numerous times and have been ignored. Take your time and money somewhere else. Chinese garbage products.
The bike outta the box is not working. Error code 30 and I bought this bike for my daughter for Christmas and the fact that she still has not been able to ride it. It’s very disappointing. I contacted customer service put my order number in and I’ve waited. This is my third day and I’ve heard nothing back from the company. I tried to call them. Did not get any answer. I actually wanna put the bike right back in the box and ship it back. However, my my wife says I need to wait and get the company a chance. All the reviews were so wonderful and here I get the bike and it doesn’t work.Very disappointing for my daughter.
The bike arrived with a flat rear tire, I emailed support 3 days ago and have not recieved a response
At first I didn’t know what to expect from this company, seeing a lot of paid advertising made me want to get one because it has pedals. They all say the brakes are weak for the weight of the bike, unfortunately I got mine delivered in December so it’s too cold to even try myself. Overall good company, good customer services.
Satisfied with the delivery. Can hardly wait to assemble the bike.
Follow up review Bike arrived quickly ( 7 days Vancouver Canada ) The bike was well boxed no visible damage to any part chargers battery’s wheels safely foam packed Seat well made Good quality components Had one issue quickly resolved by quality customer service support To this stage the customer service has been excellent if the bike is a s good as the customer service I will be happy to ride a happy run .. lol One possible issue In my opinion is that those with very long legs may have an seating issue No intial quality issues The weather is poor here now may be months before I can compare and test the e-bike properly I will review at that time Hope this helps another like myself looking for a strong hill climber good for long rides
Happy Run was quick to respond when I had an issue and covered the problem under warranty. I was back on the road quickly. Highly recommend
This is an awesome bike i had issues but the company has resolved them, a little slow to respond but they will help with any issues. Love the bike.
