Just got back from LV. Not the best hotel but food was good and i didnt lose money.

Bottomless Brunch
Another great experience at Hard Rock Hotel London. The food was great, and our waiter Bruno was really helpful, and kept the bottomless drinks flowing. We will definitely be back

My hotel package of balloons and wine…
My hotel package of balloons and wine that cost 115 euros deflated within 5 hours our bath wasn't cleaned one day never hoovered the rugs all week and the bath had mould coming out of the jets, when confronted the staff he shrugged his shoulders and ignored me, very upset as this was out honeymoon

What I say about the whole experience…
What can I say about the whole experience at the London hard rock hotel ! We both loved the welcoming as soon as you arrive, all the staff are very helpful and smiling at you all the time .. I must give a shout out for LAURA a member of staff at breakfast very helpful and the Waffles are a must to try , But all the staff at breakfast are so helpful too such a great Amazing team … we both thank you and will be back again end of year xx

First time in hard rock hotel in London .. great Atmosphere and a warm welcome by Max on front desk explaining everything , also when we got to the room he also rang and asked was we happy with the room to which we Where, we are staying for 2 nights and would come here again

Stayed at Hard Rock Hotel London for a night for my grandaughers birthdays.WOW what a hotel was amazed by staff, food, and drink and great rooms well worth a visit.They even put a suprise in room for them.Will return.

Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife waiting for disaster!
Hard Rock Hotel TenerifeHave just checked out of the HRT, I was shocked and appauled at the lack of Covid Concerns in the hotel. I mean shocked! The hotel “Grand Opening” should have been labeled as pocito opening as the hotel is closed but the rooms are unlocked. No restaurants open No bars open, no mini bars stocked, but room rates the same price!!We were not told the restaurants would be closed and as this hotel is in a part of Tenerife where most things are closed its very hard to get fed!We complained and were told its becsause of Covid, (covid is not an excuse to charge more money for less service!) the manager is very rude. But how can you expect a manager to be worried about covid policies when he looks like a 21 yr old scruf bag who cant even clean his shoes!. He eventually found a way to offer us half board, and when we went to the buffet I was shocked and refused to eat there.No covid policies in place, no one ensuring hands are clean, no social distancing or control at the buffet, no screens over food and the same serving utensils are expected to be used by every guest!!!!This is a disaster waiting to happen, its shameful that such a big hotel has paid so little attention to the rules, no hand sanitizer in lifts, no signs to limit lift capacity, people walking in and out of the hotel with no checks, this is how it spreads, it takes one guest to infect the whole of the hotel! I will be making a formal complaint about the ignorance of the hotel manager and the lack of covid protection. The staff I pointed this out to actually was as shocked as I was and agreed it was awful, but lack of management offers them no choice as they want to keep their jobs….Shocking, and should be shut down and corrected before this turns into a disaster.If the hotel would like to contact me please do, I was in room 11105, and your ignorant manager has my details.

Never disappoints
Never disappoints! So sad to see it being renovated into something else. Multiple trips to Las Vegas over the years, only stayed at the Hard Rock. Celebrated my son's 21st birthday this year, glad he got to experience the Hard Rock Hotel for his milestone. Whatever that signature scent is they pump through the casino and hotel, I wish it was bottled for sale! The BEST smelling/cleanest casino and hotel in Las Vegas!

Pick a different hotel
Stayed here and two other hotels in Las Vegas in July19. The hotel was on offer but it was simply awful at any price. The hotel displays all the signs of a failing establishment, dark, out dated, demotivated staff. Plenty of other hotels available.

Hard Rock Hotel in Vegas ROCKS!
The Hard Rock Hotel in Las Vegas has so much to offer! The rooms are well decorated and the beds so comfortable! Ask for a room that faces the pool and you will feel like your overlooking a paradise jungle. So many great things to do like having drinks at the "Center Bar", eating at Pink Taco, and Mr. Lucky's- the food is excellent all the time! I have gone to the Journey concert a few times and visit the Hard Rock Shop, and always have a blast! Its a awesome hotel to stay in Vegas!

One of the most disgusting Hotels I…
One of the most disgusting Hotels I have ever stayed at. Their was carpeting in the Bathroom - who know that really goes on in their. Also if you do the normal thing and self park your rental car, You have to walk through a mall to get to the Hotel. Will Never stay their again!!!!!

I decided to book direct on the Hard …
I decided to book direct on the Hard Rock Hotel website . The hotel is located on paradise road. As I know the hotel from a few years ago, and wanted to avoid the destroyer of the travel business bookings .com Hard Rock gave me a good rate with a Queen Suite overlooking the pool. Free wifi and parking. Check out the Mex restaurant, I’ll be back!
