Do not buy from this company.I purchased a Coagucek Xs machine it worked 7times.have contacted the company for months now via email because none of their numbers work and I still have not been helped
Prior to ordering from this company, I suggest you read the reviews (I wish I had). It took them forever to send me the scrubs I ordered, then when I received them, it wasn't even what I had ordered. When I contacted them, they said half of what I had ordered was on backorder, but they never contacted me, they just sent what they wanted to. Then when I requested a return and refund, they took 3 weeks to do so, and that is with me contacting them 4 times. Then when I received the refund, it was only a little over half of what I had paid.
AVOID THIS SCAM!! I ordered a bunch of surgical equipment from this website who interestingly goes by “Medical Supply Pros” and “Healthcare Supply Pros”. In approximately one week, I received a heavy box from the company and upon opening it, was shocked to see that it was full of some garbage adult sanitary wipe packages (THAT I DIDN'T ORDER) and zero of the items I did order. It contained a shipping invoice detailing all the things I should have received but only these garbage wipes. I attempted to contact the company only to find that the phone number is disconnected and they don’t answer emails. I googled their contact us address and found it linked to a Spanish looking cleaning goods storage facility. I disputed the charge and cancelled the credit card. This is a SCAM pure and simple. UPDATE 1/23/25- I have just completed a two month ordeal with this fraudulent company fighting to have this charge reversed off my credit card. I won finally but I’d like to tell everyone EXACTLY how these folks try to game the system so you hopefully don’t fall prey to it like I did. After disputing the charge, Healthcare Supply Pros appealed it and stated that they sent all the items I ordered. Their “proof” of this was to send a copy of my order/ packing list to the credit card fraud dept. I was then asked to provide proof that they ripped me off. I provided the packing slip showing all the things I had paid for (but hadn’t received) as well as a photo of the box they sent full of diaper wipes and a signed letter detailing how I had attempted to call them and email them. However, “proving” my attempts is impossible since this scam company doesn’t’ have a working phone number and the only way to contact them otherwise is a “contact us” box on their website rather than an actual working email. VERY CONVENIENT if you operate a scam because then folks have no proof they wrote to you either. So basically, you pay them a large sum of money for medical supplies, you are instead shipped garbage such as diaper wipes. They hope I guess that a big company might not notice I guess. But if you open it and do notice it isn’t what you ordered, they hope that by including a correct packing list and having no reachable customer service department that you will give up and lose your dispute. If you are unfortunate enough to do business with these people, you must do the following: take photos of the box you receive on the outside, inside, any packing slips and any goods they might send. Photograph their website showing a non-working phone number and their “contact us box” after you have written your complaint to them just to show you tried. Then you can show all of the above to your credit card company who will reward you by crediting your card back. Thankfully for me, I won against this scam and had them reported to VISA and MASTERCARD as a fraudulent business.

I ordered 6 boxes of medline stainless steel #10 blades on 5/8/24 with shipping time of 4-5 days.$227. 26.I have left over a dozen voicemail messages. One of the contact numbers is out of service & the other just goes to an automated message saying they are not available. I was trying to contact them to confirm that the manufacturer was indeed Medline & to see when my items would ship. After a week with no response, i used their email that is connected directly to their website. On Friday 5/17 i received an email stating “ticket received” and I would get a response in 24 hours. After a couple more days i clicked on the ticket link and it says ticket closed, I proceeded to send another email stating i still haven’t gotten any correspondence from their company. I am beyond frustrated with their lack of communication & believe i have been scammed.
Tried contacting the company multiple times because I have yet to receive an order confirmation or shipping information but was charged over a week ago. Still hasn’t responded to any emails. Phone line is disconnected. This is an extremely sketchy website. Do not order from them.
Ordered the wrong ones- wanted to exchange for the correct ones but I can’t find anywhere on the site to do so and it looks like there’s a crazy fee just to exchange

I have great respect for the service that I get from this company. They send out as fast as 24 to 48 hours . I got all my orders so fast. Much faster than any other company. They have great prices and products that I can depend on for my mom’s needs.

I have yet to receive the seat that I ordered for 69.99. Nor have I received any shipping info.. It’s been almost two weeks since I ordered seat for my toilet with folding arms and I haven’t received any action from your company. Please respond back.
