Don’t waste your time
If you ever consider Healthfirst for you medical and insurance needs I need to tell you for your sake and sanity your better off signing up for another health plan. Customer service is a waste of time and work because you won’t EVER get off the phone thinking that you just resolved whatever issue you called for because no one knows what they are saying or doing. My Medicaid insurance was cancelled because of their irresponsibility and now I have to do everything all over again thanks to Healthfirst. It is the worst.
