DO NOT USE THIS IN MY OPINION
After first subscription 21-08-2025 (€66) I never used the program because it was all in english and the food mentioned was not available in my country or i did not know what is was in my language. Also they continued to spam me with other subscriptions. I cancelled directly (I thougt) but apparently that did not work, the cancellation progress is very difficult. Now my credit card is charged for €132 again and no refund possible. They do not comply with the dutch law.I now made a report at the authorities for fraud.

If I could give this zero stars
If I could give this zero stars, I would. Total scam. I tried for months to cancel this subscription with no luck endless emails with an AI bot, no resolution. I will be taking this up with authorities. DON'T SIGN UP FOR ANHYTHING!! YOU WILL BE SORRY. I am taking this complaint to authorities.

This company should not be trusted.I had a terrible experience and feel completely scammed. The company illegally charged my card twice even though I canceled the subscription and never used the service. Charges were taken every six months without any valid reason or consent.The billing system is intentionally deceptive. Cancellation does not actually stop payments, which makes it feel like a trap designed to drain money from users who believe they have already unsubscribed.Customer support is useless — they ignore complaints, avoid responsibility, and provide no real help. Refund requests are dismissed or left unanswered. There is zero transparency and zero accountability.In my opinion, this company operates using unethical and predatory practices. I regret ever giving them my payment details and would strongly advise everyone to stay far away.Save yourself the stress, wasted time, and lost money — do not deal with this companyIn addition to legal action, this case will be reported to the police, as well as to the Consumer Protection Agency / Customer Service Regulatory Authority for further investigation.People deserve to be warned. This company should not be allowed to continue operating like this. Anyone considering using their service should think twice before giving them their payment details.

Cancelled subscription vis the app over…
Cancelled subscription vis the app over amonth in advance and was still charged. Unable to get a refund. Still waiting on a response from them. Recipes were ok but not suited to someone who doesn't normally cook as some ingredients were left off the list but mentioned in the directions.

This application is a complete scam. I can’t access the app using either of the email addresses I’ve used. Despite this, they continue to charge my card automatically, and I can’t cancel the subscription because I can’t log in. When contacting customer service, you only get responses from an AI-based automated system that gives vague, useless replies and doesn’t address my issue at all. Stay away.

Only sign up for this plan if you want to continue for life. I tried multiple times to cancel it, and received responses from them confirming they had received my requests, yet continued to be charged the $92.

Disregarded my dietary restrictions
They didn’t take my dietary restrictions into consideration so I canceled immediately. The I was charged 2x the initial cost of roughly $60 upon signing up, 6 months later. An additional $120 was charged and canceling has been a total fiasco. I thought it was canceled 6 months ago. Horrible

This is a scam. Not possible to get real support in any ways, unsubscribe is impossible and they keep on charging from the card in different amounts and weekly on several attempts getting money. I had to contact my bank.

I agree with the comments for this company. I’ve been trying to cancel my account and just going in circles answering their survey. My credit card company has even asked me to reach out to this company to cancel the hold but they have no phone number or email where I can submit a request.

This is a scam. I signed up to try their offering and did not find any value in it. It was immediately suspicious, as I didn't get any subscription notification in my email. Their website does not look legitimate. They were just trying to charge me for another six months, and here is the message I received while trying to cancel my account. "Warning!Don't lose money! If you leave HealthGenom.com, it will cost you 660$ when you'll come back! If you leave HealthGenom.com now, then we will charge you 660$ when you come back! That way you would lose a lot of money!!! You currently pay only 132$ / 6 months!Better stay with us, keep on losing weight and save yourself from expensive fees!"

Fraud!!!
The customer service and website are awful. I have tried to cancel my account on several different occasions. The steps provided are inaccurate, or they refuse to let you cancel. When I reached out to customer service, I got an AI response but not an answer to my question. I believe this "company" is a scam. I will report them for fraud.

Don't even think of the trial. BIG SCAM
An update from my case, the company is still ignoring my request and they don't refund the ILLEGAL CHARGE. Don't bother to try even the trial, the cancellation is impossible. They charged me 150AUD and as they reactivate your account anytime they like, they may charge me again. While you're on the system, they keep stealing from you. HUGE SCAM!!! Customer service ZERO. Still claiming that activation wasn't cancelled!!!!!

They steal your money from bank account
I think I paid for 2 weeks to try it and after that they charged me a huge amount. I really didn’t want subscription and now I can’t cancel anywhere. They made it so difficult, so they can charge you what amount they want. They tried so many times… basically they steal your money and maybe they are covered in Term and Conditions somehow. Please do not try anything on their website!!!

The product is an outdated one. They do not have an app and they claim to have mentioned it out there. They have such rude and arrogant customer service team on top of it.. who undermine people and instead of being apologetic cheat you. Never ever fall for it. Thanks
