Received a defective device. Customer service is abysmal. They constantly play the delay game and want more info. I sent them one video showing what was wrong and they did not understand what they were looking at and want another video. You can buy the same products on Amazon at a far cheaper price.

Avoid. Item never received. Check all the reviews here and you'll see a common theme of undelivered items. Will now start the process of trying to get a refund. I have my doubts as to my success.
Don't be fooled by the low prices, they are selling Chinese wholesale fakes, they use stock photos of brand name items but what you will receive is something completely different. The XR. LLC network has loads of these shell sites to disguise there shady operations all located in the Huntington beach CA area, save you're money and avoid these shell websites selling fakes.
I made a purchase in error and asked promptly for the order to be cancelled. At first they were unwilling to cancel the order due to their fast processing. I remained calm and showed understanding but asked kindly for a cancelation. Within the next step, they kindly offered to cancel the order with a credit in the amount of the products that I had ordered in error. I wrote back to thank them for canceling my order and showed understanding that it was a credit and not a refund, even though it was not explained to me. They then wrote back to honor a one time full refund to the card that I paid with. This showed me that they were willing to go above and beyond for me even though it was my mistake. I value their customer service as it was very helpful and accomodating. Wyatt was a pleasure to talk to and did more than was expected. High praise.
Whatcha out !!! They offer fast international shipping but the Customs are waiting for your package to charge you taxes.On top of that, when I was shopping, I was shopping in CAD (Canadian Dollars) but at checkout they charge you the same amount but in USD. I reached out to the Customer Service by sending them screenshots with the proof and "Adriana" simply wouldn't accept charging me what I was supposed to pay, she simply said "We're an American company, our funds are in USD".... So why does your site offer to choose Currency ?CAD on the site is only an "Estimate" - "A Courtesy", bunch of idiotic answers.
