They cannot fulfill a SIMPLE order
Order No. HHL36157Job number 85936I ordered THREE 21 oz Water Bottles. These were gifts for birthdays and therefore were time-sensitive. The company sent me 2 of 3 but of course charged for the full amount. The packing slip says they packed three.I am requesting a response from the company, but am disappointed at the incompetence they have shown.
